I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for four months. The space is aesthetically pleasing and very well-maintained, with all amenities functioning perfectly throughout my stay. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance and excellent public transport connections nearby. I always felt extremely safe in the neighbourhood, even late at night. The overall vibe of the place is warm, welcoming, and peaceful—ideal for both working and relaxing. I’m genuinely grateful for this experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a long or short stay in the city!

Le logement était très bien situé et fidèle aux photos. Nous avons été ravis d'avoir été accueillis par des petits chocolats à notre arrivée. Un grand merci à Eve et peut être à bientôt pour un autre weekend à Rouen !

Très bon we de Pâques passé dans la maison de Laura. Nous avons pu profiter du soleil sur la terrasse. Le centre ville est à 2 pas avec un marché exceptionnel le samedi matin. Proximité également du port.

Très bon accueil de la part de Josselin et hôte très réactif. L’appartement est fidèle à la description et aux photos .Il est bien équipé, confortable et très propre. Proche du centre-ville à pied. Le petit plus il y’a un garage sécurisé et un petit extérieur. Très bon rapport qualité prix idéal pour visiter Rouen.

Dit appartement heeft een geweldige ligging, alles dichtbij, zelfs het strand. Tot mijn grote verbazing was er altijd een parkeerplaats vrij in de straat. Over het appartement zelf kan ik alleen maar positief zijn... alles is aanwezig, perfect onderhouden. Appartementen zoals deze maken het een plezier om op reis te gaan!

Wir waren mit unseren 3erwachsenen Kindern und deren freund*innen dort. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz. Wir konnten gar nicht alles nutzen. Es war super entspannt. Bei schönem Wetter hätten wir den Garten mehr nutzen können. Alles in allem super

Agnes und Didier sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Das Fischerhaus ist richtig gemütlich. Der Aufenthalt in Dieppe ist dadurch ein Genuß. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Maison très agréable et magnifique jardin

Séjour formidable en famille. La maison de Pierre est idéalement placée et organisée à merveille. Elle est pleine de charme et confortable. Nous avons pu profiter du petit jardin à l'arrière de la maison et y déjeuner presque tous les jours. Nos avons apprécié le flan normand léger d'Hélie Bruno, l'excellent Pont L'évêque de La Houssaye de la Fromagerie des Bains et le poisson frais sur les quais. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Week end incroyable dans le logement ! Nous étions entre copines et nous avons pu profiter de deauville et sortir au havre L’hôte a été très réactif , très arrangeant et à l’écoute On recommande mille fois ! Merci

Bel appartement, spacieux, ensoleillé, avec une belle vue sur la cour et sur le village. La disposition des pièces et les cloisons créées par l'architecte le rend original et très agréable à vivre. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter du charme d'Houlgate et de sa très belle plage. Thomas a été arrangeant et très réactif et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadeau de bienvenue.

Would love to stay again, due to proximity of the lovely beach and other nearby villages worth visiting. The sea views from the house makes you feel relaxed. Also, the beautiful library and expo hall in Deauville incl restaurant is a short stroll away. i thought this place had a very clever layout: lots of (inbuilt) storage and in general a nice flow. Our boys (2 and 9) felt at home while playing on the floor, watched some tv and entertained themselves building a fort with minimal things such as cushions and bedding in the living room and childrens room, while we were preparing for a day out or making dinner. Last but not least, Audrey is the best!

Wonderful view from the room! Room was clean and stocked with welcome treats! Appreciated the secure parking, tight spaces so make sure you have a small car or are comfortable driving in compact areas.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Pour les personnes, qui serait hésitante. Je vous confirme que ce logement est paisible ! C’est un havre de paix, avec cette magnifique terrasse qui offre une vue sur la mer, et qui est parfaitement aménagé. Nous avons été accueilli et guidé avec beaucoup de bienveillance. En amoureux ou en famille, je vous recommande ce sera pour vous une expérience sans regret et remplit de bons souvenirs. Merci à eux pour cette belle expérience nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

Appartement très bien situé lumineux et cosy avec petit balcon et emplacement parking ultra pratique Vincent a été très arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée et départ son qualificatif de super hôte est tout a fait mérité je recommande sans hésitation !!

The location is perfect!It's the first residence from promenade and the beach but the building is facing the small and quite street.Meanwhile it's just 3min walk from all the restaurants and shops and 15min walk to the very centre of Deauville.During the winter parking is free on the street and there are always places to park just in front the entrance so you do not even need to use the garage.The apartment is very warm which is also good for the winter. It has everything what is needed for living.The balcony is much bigger and more cosy than on the photos. It's on the sunny side so you can enjoy your breakfast outside even in winter days.The only thing which we would like to have additionally is a bit more space for our staff in wardrobes and cupboards.Unfortunately they are all full except one in the bedroom.May be for the summer it does not matter,but during the winter we had to bring a lot of clothes with us for different weather and having more space to store it would be nice.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! La propreté impeccable du logement a été un critère très important pour moi, et j'ai été plus que satisfaite. Le linge de maison sentait merveilleusement bon, tout comme le délicat parfum d'ambiance qui régnait dans l'appartement. L'atmosphère était très luxueuse et romantique, avec une décoration noire et or faite avec beaucoup de goût. L'emplacement est idéal, tout étant accessible à pied, ce qui est un véritable atout. Enfin, j'ai beaucoup apprécié la communication avec l'hôte, ses attentions délicates et la flexibilité pour l'arrivée. Je recommande vivement ce logement et j'espère pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau !
