This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.

Utopia is a newly refurbished, fully furnished, luxurious 2-bedroom (80 m2) apartment in Zavala, Hvar, Croatia. It has a private parking, peaceful garden with a terrace, and a huge balcony overlooking the sea – you will have the feeling of staying in your own villa. Accomplish your dreams and spend your holidays in a our old autentic dalmatian stone house. House is more than hundred years old and is renovated. It is located in an old, peaceful and quiet part of Zavala on the island of Hvar. The house has a beautiful view of the sea and nearby islands.

Our little cottage is situated in an olive grove in Ivan Dolac. It is a cosy little studio apartment for two people who look for little peace and quiet. The beach is 200 metres away and bars, restaurants and market are 500 metres from our little house.
