The twin room has two single beds that can push together to make a king. The room has a large closet, big window, a dresser and a nightstand. The fireplace room is the soul of the home, with a wall of glass to the patio just beyond the circular brick and copper fireplace. The baby grand piano loves to be played and the sounds fills the house. The dining room and living room open to the kitchen and copper fireplace room making the rooms flow and connect. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The patio is perfect for dining outside and there is a new play structure in the side yard for the kids. You have privacy and access to the full property. We maintain a small side casita for occasional visits, but will let you know if one of us will be there. Our property manager and family friend lives very nearby and is at the ready if you need help. The neighbors are great long time residents of the area. The home is situated between vibrant Nob Hill and UNM. Stroll 1 block to a fun and quiet pocket park, and 2 blocks to Altura Park with its tennis courts, playground, and gorgeous trees. Shopping and restaurants are all just blocks away.
