Chelle came through clutch for us. The house is in a safe neighborhood, it is clean and well furnished. She was very quick with communications. Would recommend to anyone looking in the area.

This house is easy to recommend. It's lovingly maintained and thoughtfully designed. The decor strikes the perfect balance between modern sophistication and inviting comfort, making every room a joy to be in. The kitchen is a standout feature—fully provisioned with every utensil and appliance we could need. Cooking meals here felt as effortless as being at home. The outdoor living space is stunning, with comfortable seating areas, a sparkling spa/pool, and a beautifully designed patio. We spent countless evenings outside, soaking up the serene desert vibes. The attention to detail in maintaining this property is evident. It’s immaculately clean, and every corner feels cared for. Whether lounging inside, unwinding in the spa, or enjoying the well-equipped outdoor area, we felt completely at ease. This house truly feels like a hidden gem in Palm Springs. To top it off, the host is gracious, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure you everything needed for a perfect stay.

We had a nice stay at Jonathan’s. The house is large and comfortably sleeps 16. It was clean and Jonathan could not have been a more welcoming and responsive host- if he didn’t have it, he ordered it! Unfortunately we weren’t able to take full advantage of the house - it was incredibly windy while we were there which meant sitting outside was not an option. Even so, we had a great time - were able to use the pool and hot tub and explore the areas around desert hot springs!

We had a great stay. Super responsive host. Home is clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Backyard/pool/putting green/firepit super.

we loved the place. Huge place for my family, alot of games for the kids, the house was basically supplied what with anything u need. Kitchen was fully stocked. Will definitely see myself coming back here and telling others that's forsure.

our family had a great time it was convenient we were able to start new memories and enjoy our quality time with each other. Now we're headed into a new journey of life without my brother but we will always have the memory of this weekend. Thank you

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Palm Springs. Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Alles total stylisch und hochwertig! Apryl ist eine grossartige Gastgeberin und die Kommunikation mit ihr war spitze. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Gated Community, also fühlt man sich rund um die Uhr sicher. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Seth was the ultimate five star host. He was very responsive with clear instructions. The condo was beautiful and very clean and had all amenities that we needed. It was close to everything including a lake access. We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this condo. Our son decided that he wanted his 14th birthday to be a calm and relaxing weekend with family. Before heading out to the jacuzzi it started to snow and it was so warm inside he said, this is perfect. And he wasn’t wrong. April is always cold but Big Bear stay felt just right. The unit was so inviting and exactly as expected. We look forward to returning.

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
