Note: A third air conditioner has been added on the 2nd floor. A few blocks to downtown, Mile of Music venues, Performing Arts Center, The Expo Center, Lawrence, parks, river trails, and shopping.

This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Our place is an apartment that is on the second floor, it is in a very quiet street to the south we have a small grocery store, to the north there is a large avenue where there are restaurants, and a small Mexican restaurant, we are about 4 blocks from the packers stadium, we have a huge backyard with a place to make bonfires, everything is calm and quiet in our area.

This upper unit was just remodeled. This home was built in 1900 and is located 0.4 miles from Appleton’s Thedacare Medical Center (AMC) and 2 miles from downtown Appleton (Mile of Music, Octoberfest, PAC) Going to a Packer Game!? -We are 22 miles from Lambeau Field. -There are also bar & grills near that offer busing (example Rookies Bar & Grill is 2 miles away)
