Phuc is an excellent landlord with great communication skills in English. He's very responsive - when our TV broke down, he replaced it with a new one within a week. He also promptly installed a water filter upon our request. The apartment itself is in fantastic condition and has been recently renovated. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with relatively little road traffic compared to the rest of Hanoi, and clean sidewalks. There are many cafes and a shopping mall nearby. There’s also an affordable direct VinBus service to the airport. My wife and I highly recommend staying at Phuc's place.

Probobky the best equipped Airbnb I have ever stayed at. From laundry detergent to salt and pepper. I didn't have to go and buy anything. The location is about 20 min drive from the city center which is perfect because you get real local prices and taste at the many local restaurants and coffee shops. There is a gym nearby with lovely staff also. The area is quiet considering it is an area still under construction. I slept well and had no problems at all. The host is also very kind and friendly. 10/10

The place was in a great location, walkable to many sites and to the Hop on Hop off Bus. The place has great security in the building at all times, though I never felt unsafe.

Vesper’s place is right in the heart of the Old quarters. For first time visitors to Hanoi, this place offers the best launch pad to explore the surroundings. Location : There are tons of shopping , food and sight seeing options. Everything is walkable. The best part is you can just walk around , shop and then go to the room to take a short break before setting off out again in the evening. It doesnt get better than this. Room : The beds are comfortable and the living space is cosy enough for 4 adults to sit and chill. Most important for me was that the AC worked really well & the bathroom water pressure was just right to relax a nice shower after a long day Host : Vesper is kind, friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility around our check in times and accommodating a friend last moment. She was quick to respond and help us with directions and other helpful tips. Verdict : 12/10 will recommend to stay here for your Hanoi sojourn

The accommodation was really great. I spent a month here and it is equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. The internet is fast and you can work from home. Hot water and good water pressure. AC is brand new and super quiet. Bed is super comfy. There is also a gym and co-working space in the apartment complex. The host was always available and responded immediately to minor complications and questions. Super well located in a small mini town in Hanoi and there was everything you need in the vicinity. Supermarkets, restaurants and spa and you can walk a lot and enjoy the nature and surroundings. I liked it very much, also because it is quieter here than in the city center of Hanoi. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I would definitely come back!

If you’re reading this just book it, the place is in a perfect area, security 24/7 for digital nomads WiFi is perfect, 24/7 shops local, mall is local, a bit far from tourist area for nightlife but it’s not an issue just get grab. Amazing stay.

Perfect place for our stay in Hanoi, provides an escape from the busy road whilst still being near tons of good restaurants, the lake and great places to go! Our host was so helpful and made great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything! Very nice apartment which was comfortable and just what we needed! Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi 🎉

Cozy place just outside of the Old Quarter. Was nice to escape the chaos for the night and have a place in a quieter area. The apartments is very clean and welcoming.

Wir haben die Unterkunft als Familie genutzt. Kien hat uns sehr nett empfangen und wir konnten eher als geplant in die Unterkunft. Auch für eine späteren Abreise hatte Kien eine Lösung für uns. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! I stayed with our my son, and the space was perfect for a family. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area had plenty of room for us to relax together. The location was safe and convenient, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return for another stay!

Always responsible. Very helpful. Very nice accommodation. Complete kitchen, nice bath with heater. Almost have everything. The place is near to establishments and restau. Walkable and it is located inside the old quarter so it is also advantage if you have tours or bus ride because they are free pick up & free drop off from this place. Easily find by grab drivers. Easy access and self check in so even if you came too early, you can freely go to your room as long as no one booked the room before you.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb located just steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake! The location couldn't be more perfect — right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, surrounded by delicious food, vibrant cafes, and local shops. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a cozy retreat from the bustling city outside. I especially loved the small balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the city wake up. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches like local guidebooks, complimentary tea, and fast Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi — whether you're here for sightseeing, food adventures, or simply soaking in the culture. I will definitely come back next time!

Мы прожили в квартире почти 20 дней. Расположение на 10 баллов, 3 минуты от озера. Квартира обустроена как дома: лифт, просторные 2 отдельные комнаты, кухня со всем необходимым, стиральная машинка, отличный Wi-fi, кондиционер, удобная кровать, шкаф для одежды, кулер с питьевой водой, замена полотенец каждые 3 дня и уборка каждые 7 дней. Май и команда очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые хозяева 🩷 Из недостатков только: - шум, с 6 утра начинают ездить байки и уже тяжело спать. - в 22:00 закрывается ресторан на 1 этаже и попасть в дом можно, разбудив пожилого охранника

10日間ほどの滞在でしたが、とてもリラックスして過ごすことができました。 滞在中、ホストの方に幾つか質問をする事がありましたが、素早く回答や対応をいただけました。 毎日の清掃と、ウォーターサーバーの水の補給が、特に有り難かったです。 また、部屋は3つの空間（キッチン+ダイニング、リビング+ベッドルーム、シャワールーム）で分かれ、2人が別の部屋でそれぞれの仕事のWeb会議を行っても、多少の音量コントロールをすれば、干渉せずに快適に会話できました。 キッチンも充実していたので、お米を炊いたり、炒め物をしたり、何度か料理をしました。 ドラム式洗濯機があるので、洗濯や乾燥には困らなかったです。大きめな物干し竿も用意されていました。 帰りは朝早くの出発でしたが、警備員さんに入り口を開けてもらいました。柔軟な対応をありがとうございました。 振り返ると小さな出来事でしたが、少しだけ気になった点は下記の辺り。 ・初日に前の宿泊客の忘れ物が見つかった（清掃漏れ？） ・シーツに小さな破れやシミ ・清掃時間がマチマチで、9時前などにノックされることがある ・清掃時間の希望が、清掃担当に伝わっていないことがある ・食器や調理器具は充実しているが、少し汚れが気になる ・部屋の鍵のパスコードが単純で少し心配（防犯カメラや警備員の滞在などはある） とはいえ、トータルとしてはとても満足度の高い滞在となりました。 旧市街エリアからは30分ほど離れていますが、その分比較的落ち着いており、もう少しローカルなお店などもあり、楽しい街歩きができました。 ポイントを押さえれば、十分な設備とサービスが揃っていると思うので、条件が一致する人にはとてもオススメできる宿です。 ありがとうございました。

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and stylish decor. The apartment is beautifully furnished with modern touches, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances, and the living area was cozy and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transport, great restaurants, and interesting local attractions. I felt safe and welcomed in the area, and it was a pleasure to walk around and discover the neighborhood. Communication with the host was outstanding. They were prompt, friendly, and provided clear instruction for check-in, making the process smooth and stress-free.

Ich bin bereits vor 2 Jahren mit meiner Familie in diesem Airbnb abgestiegen und war damals sehr zufrieden. Daran hat sich dieses Mal nichts geändert. Meine Partnerin und ich haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und sauber, das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Lage ist einfach perfekt für Unternehmungen in der Altstadt bzw. im altehrwürdigen Zentrum Hanois. Viele kleine Restaurants, viele kleine Cafés, Ladengeschäfte in der Nähe sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten, die alle gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Kleiner Tipp am Rande, zwei Hausnummern weiter hat ein neues Café aufgemacht, das morgens auch Pho und Bun Thang anbietet. An dieser Unterkunft gibt es insgesamt nichts zu bemängeln.

Trung and Nguyen are the loveliest hosts you could ever ask for. They’re incredibly friendly, responsive, helpful, very flexible with time (curfew) and very accommodating to our needs, u can tell they are genuinely kind and want us to enjoy our stay. The place is also AMAZING, it has well-designed interior and thoughtful touches. There's a big TV, big window with a shade giving you a nice view of the street but also enough privacy when needed — the whole space is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is also perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, but in a nicer and quieter neighborhood (some parts of the Old Quarter are too busy and chaotic, but not this one). As a surrounding, youll get small cute shops on the same street, a Michelin-starred restaurant right next to the building, plenty coffee shops, and just across the street, a five-star hotel and a convenience store. Overall, it's a great deal in all aspects

Great location, close to train street and a lot of shops. The street was relatively quiet with one big restaurant at the end of the street which was very convenient on our first night. Room was modern and clean. The Airbnb Host also organised an airport pick-up for us that was seamless. The accommodation also had a 24/7 concierge which was very helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.
