Really great stay! Parking is rough if you’re not an LA native that’s use to driving in tight spaces. Place was clean and had lots of conveniences.

We had a super stay at Aileen's place (again!). She keeps her property spotless and the kitchen has all the items you could ever need to make breakfast/lunch/dinner at home. Coffee, tea, water bottles, soda is abundantly stocked. Aileen answers right away and checking in is simple. The condo is less than 5 minutes walk fron 2nd Street but, there is always plenty of (safe) street parking available.

Good, cozy place to stay in a safe neighborhood! Highly recommend the place if you plan to visit the Long Beach area.

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

Fabulous place that feels like a home away from home within walking distance from restaurants and the beach. Everything you need is included. The house was really clean and spacious for us and has parking and was just so enjoyable to stay at.

We very much enjoyed the clean house and quiet neighborhood at Greg’s. It was located near our conference and close to restaurants and shops so we could walk everywhere. Thank you!

Great location on the quiet end of Balboa Island. 4 houses from the beach, 2 blocks from the ferry. Great outdoor front deck, perfect to hang out and have meals on nice days. Kayaks and bikes available for your use! Downstairs unit of duplex was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with everything you need. Owner very responsive to questions and needs. This is a great place, I can't wait to go back.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

We loved our stay! I must admit the whole laundry mat style washer and dryer was a little disappointing..can’t remember the last time I had to pay to do laundry at an Airbnb. Be sure to bring a roll of quarters. Communication was great and location was as well. Definitely will stay again (hopefully the laundry situation changes especially if you plan on staying at least a few days)

We stayed here for our visit to Disneyland, and it was on point. Close proximity, good kitchen, pleasant, and clean. A good value.

Perfect space for our family of 3 in a great neighborhood and everything we needed for Easter weekend! John was incredibly responsive and flexible with our stay and communication was excellent. This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.

The place was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and right on the beach, which made it super convenient. It easily accommodated our group of 7. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.
