The accommodation is a Grade II Listed Georgian maisonette situated on a very quiet street but less than 3 minutes walk from Bath Spa station and Bath city centre shops, restaurants and cafes. The apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard and offers spacious accommodation arranged over 2 floors covering a very spacious 90m2. The property offers two generous bedrooms; the first has a kingsize bed and the second is super flexible in nature with a kingsize bed together with an unobtrusive single bed. There is a large period lounge with two large sofas and a large HDTV. A separate fully fitted kitchen/ dining area has all the modern appliances you need so you can dine with gorgeous views over the garden and Bath. There is a modern shower-room with a power shower and under floor heating, plus there is an additional cloakroom with WC. You will find the apartment well laid out and warm with everything available to make this a memorable stay. We provide luxury cotton bed linen and fluffy white towels during your stay. 11 Southcot Place is the perfect place to start your self catering break in Bath.

Just a 20 minute drive from Bath or Wells, Whippletree Cottage sleeps four people. An open plan kitchen/living room and lovely walk in shower room complete the picture; underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner keep you cosy on those winter evenings. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, Whippletree Cottage enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate dogs in Whippletree Cottage.

Bailbrook lane, has a rural feel and yet is right on the edge of the World Heritage site of Bath on the southern slopes of Solosbury Hill. The Barn is a traditional stone built, recently, sympathetically converted grain store. It has its own entrance , parking and private paved outdoor yard space to sit out in and other than handing the key over and giving it back, barring any help and advice guests might need, you will be left to your own devices!
