In the summer of 2019 we installed a brand new shepherd’s hut in our large garden. The hut, built by a local company, is sat in an open space away from our own house, and has a great view down the garden. This beautiful Historic listed building has been renovated to a high standard offering everything you need. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors, kitchen/diner on ground floor and toilet with basin, middle floor games room, lounge and toilet with basin, top floor master bedroom with UK king size bed, and twin bedroom, master bathroom with bath and shower.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

This is a spacious apartment with an elegant Lounge and dining area with open plan kitchen, there is a toilet and wash basin on the half landing , and on the garden level, there are two ensuite bedrooms. The downstairs marble floored hallway leads to the long garden, which is a pleasant space on a sunny day, with plenty of outdoor seating.
