Welcome home. For our fourth experience, Kendall and I wanted to keep pushing two things : unique + cozy. Lights that can set a vibe with the push of a button. Check Gas fire inside, bonfire out. Check Custom epoxy dining table. Check Samsung The Frame TV. Check Light strip on the wall that would make Luke Skywalker jealous. Check And the chefs kiss? A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

Deer Shores Cottage on Big Pine Island Lake, 7 BR

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 5 with queen-sized beds, one with 2 twin beds (main floor), and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.

Enjoy relaxed days and peaceful nights at this unique and tranquil getaway. Experience nature right from the deck of this cozy log cabin constructed out of whole cedar logs. Listen to the flowing water of the Chippewa River only 100 feet from the deck and hear the bird songs of a variety of species while enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon beverages. If your lucky you may catch a glimpse of any number of different wildlife living along this stretch of river.

On the brick road, this quaint downtown apartment is full of charm. 600 ft of renovated space will accommodate 4 for short term rentals or 2 for rentals of more than 1 week. Conveniently located to help you enjoy hiking at Ionia State Park, kayaking on the Grand River, biking on the Fred Meijer Rail Trail. Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this lakefront cottage includes 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus twin daybed in semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
