My stay at Erin’s was a little getaway for tranquility/Ocean! Erin’s place is an absolute hidden Gem! The Beach cottage was so homely, surrounding neighborhoods were so welcoming! Very peaceful and Blessed! I’ve been away a week now and I miss it so very much! It was my first time away and actually renting an airbnb! I was scared at first but Erin was so kind to answer all my questions (which were a lot) 😅Erin went above and beyond as a Host! But when i arrived and seen her for the first time it was if I arrived to Family!🥹 I felt so nestled and cozy and couldn’t do without! I enjoyed every single day as Erin let me use her bike. I enjoyed rides along the beach, and bay, theres also the peninsulas ride share which is awesome takes you too so many eateries alongside 2nd st.! Everyday I Watched the boats from the bay and just sat and listened to the Ocean waves. The cottage has everything you would need! Don’t think twice like me! Book it😇 Thank you Erin! This place is beautiful, a few spacious areas around the home to hangout with everyone you stay with. Beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely come back and stay again!

Great, walkable location. Cute place with lots of nice touches. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Could hear the people upstairs walking around a bit but it wasn’t too bad and stopped @ 10pm. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

My second stay, great great location, clean and cozy, easy check in and out, parking spot near the elevator to secured building (rare to have parking in dtlb included). Felt safe, would definitely stay again.

It is so wonderful that people will open up their unique homes and let others enjoy such special places. The Villa is one of them! A patio right on the boardwalk and sand with great views was my favorite feature. My wife enjoyed the beach themed decorations and elegance of the Villa. But we can both agree that the host Kim (and her husband) were kind and sincerely caring people that made us welcomed!

From day one it was like a home from home. Centrally located, well equipped, even though we didn’t use most of the amenities as the restaurant’s are close and great. The house provided an excellent base with everything you need. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area and would look to stay again should we be lucky enough visit Surf City again. I stayed Duke's house for my son's wedding at Los Verdes Golf Course. It was really beautiful house and great location. Duke was very professional and provided information to me in a timely manner. I would like to stay there again if there is any chance. Fully recommended.

We used to live in Long Beach and visit family often. We like Belmont Shore for its beach access and walkability to restaurants and shops. The bungalow was on one of the quietest streets in the shore, so parking was never an issue. The house was clean, comfortable, and charming. The large kitchen was perfect for making meals. We loved the backyard for evening BBQs and the front courtyard for morning coffee. The Dutch door is perfect for letting in the cool sea breeze. Casey was very responsive. We plan on coming back because we loved the spot!

This place was absolutely amazing! I rented so my son and I could check the university campus. My son is moving to Long Beach from NorCal and staying at Shawn’s place made me feel less scared about the move!

First off, this is a beautiful property. So much room inside and out. A period Victorian that is very comfortable and did I mention roomy? Five great bedrooms, modern kitchen with everything you could want, coffee bar,huge fridge, gas stove, dishwasher and Chuck had it stocked for us- a huge family looking for some chill time in Long Beach. One Block from the beach/ bike/running path or just a gorgeous walk up and down this lovely neighborhood stopping to smell the roses and enjoy all these gardens gave us plenty to do. Outdoor space included a hot tub and N. gas grill plus HUGE side yard for kids to play. Free outdoor yoga was a short walk toward downtown. Loved the decor and Atlantic Records c. table books. Chuck is a GREAT host and made our trip a blast!

Great place, really clean with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were responsive and friendly, even though we didn’t need anything they answered a couple of questions immediately and even checked in on us to see if we needed anything. This place was perfect for us, within easy walking distance of the town, would recommend staying here.

Great little spot super close to the beach on one side and restaurants and shops on the other. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

Can't imagine a more well-equipped, beautifully appointed and well-kept place. We had four people staying, but up to fifteen going in and out. Patio kept the kids happy, while the adults could eat and talk comfortably inside. No problem with parking on the street.

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

Location! Location! I loved how this place was five minutes away from the beach and great restaurants walking distance as well. Place was clean and felt like home.

This is a great place to stay. Everything was as expected and better. Plenty of spacious room and everything was clean and ready to go for our stay. Maya was great and very responsive. I needed to contact her a few times and she was right there to help. We pulled up right in front in the middle of the afternoon. Night parking can be a bit more challenging so just plan for it and you’ll be fine. There are plenty of walkable things to do. I would stay again without a doubt!!

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.
