Honestly best place I have ever stayed in: -clean bedrooms that were well organized and had necessities (towels, shampoos/conditioners, body washes) - whole house was very clean and well stocked with necessities (condiments, coffee, pre chilled beer mugs) - yard was spacious and far enough from neighbors to feel private. Outdoor area with fire place was cozy. - far enough from the city to get away from the traffic and craziness but close enough to see what Nashville has to offer. - Kevin was very communicative and pleasant to speak with. Answered all questions and was super polite. (Honestly a great dude). Would definitely stay here again if I come to Nashville. 10/10

This was a last minute weekend trip. Very shortly after inquiry, we got an answer from Eric, and we reserved. We couldn't believe how secluded this place felt when we arrived. The views are beautiful, even now in early spring. I can't wait to see it later in the year. Inside was so nicely decorated, and it really had everything you need for a great stay. The deck offers covered space as well as an open area with a gas fireplace, perfect for sky watching. Thank you, Eric and Danielle, for offering such a great place. We can't wait to come back again.

Delia’s home was way more than what we had expected. It was nicely laid out and very cozy. It had everything that we could need and then some. The neighborhood was very friendly and it was nice to be able to walk the dog in a friendly neighborhood. We would 💯 book again if in the area.

Beautiful & welcoming place to stay. The hosts were lovely & the animals were wonderful. Best sleep in a peaceful environment. What more could you want?!

So let me tell yall…. Do not be late driving there at night lol because of the road being small and nature surrounds it. And don’t go in the snow unless you know you staying til it melts and you not driving a sport car. But to speak highly of the host Josh!!! Very attentive and when I say made sure our stay was Amazing!! I asked for a small simple favor for my hubby birthday and He made that happen!!! His place is exactly as described with all extra activities and all. But unfortunately, the weather permitted us from using it. It was definitely a home away from home coming here! From the first appearance, entry upon the home and the bed!!! I thought I would have some friends come celebrate with us but it was ok. We slept so peacefully! The bed was extremely comfortable!! This home had everything needed to enjoy our stay! Will we be back??? ABSOLUTELY!!!!! Josh kept in touch from the day before until check out! I wish I could 2000 stars because he was concerned about our safety leaving

It was a great stay- we were visiting family that live about ten minutes away and split time between their home and this AirBnb. The porch is the best part, the pictures don’t quite do it justice but my golf-loving parents loved sitting on the porch. It was clean and just the right size for 4 adults and a baby. The manager, Barbara, was incredibly responsive and proactively asked if we needed any baby items when she found out our 9 month old was going to be there. She even dropped a stuffed Easter bunny off for him - it was very sweet. We would stay here again.
