Woubrugge Logies - Private Chalet in The Green Heart

This cosy, private chalet is perfectly located in The Green Heart of The Netherlands. By car only half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, Haarlem, The Hague, Delft, Gouda or the beaches. Woubrugge itself is a lovely small town along a characteristic canal that ends up in lake Braassemermeer. Sail, surf, swim, rent a motorboat, explore the beautiful surroundings by biking or hiking or relax in the garden. The chalet is a studio (40m2); comfortable for 2 persons. As the sofa bed can be transformed to a double bed the chalet is also suitable for young families or a group of friends. The chalet has one room (studio: 40m2) with a private bathroom. There is a double bed (size 210 x 160 cm) and a sofabed (size 200 x 140 cm). In the studio you will find a tv, a table with 4 chairs and a completely equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, toaster and a coffee-machine (coffee, tea and Dutch cookies (stroopwafels) are included in the price). A microwave for the guests is in the barn, next to the chalet. In this barn guests may park also their (rental) bikes or a pram. There is enough space for 4 persons, but do realize that you share the same room. The chalet is facing South, so you can enjoy the sun all day. And if you prefer to sit in the shade, you can sit under the large parasol. You will also find a cosy veranda to relax on and a lawn with fruit trees. Guests may use the chairs in front of the house on the riverside quay where you can sit, relax, have a drink and enjoy the spectacle of boats passing by. The chalet offers complete privacy. However, if you have any question or special wishes, we are most of the time in the neighbourhood or we can be reached by telephone. We love to help our guests and have a chat with them, if they like. Woubrugge is a small town half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, and beaches. Follow the canal to The Braassemermeer, a lake which offers sailing, canoeing, and swimming. Bike, hike, and rent a motorboat to explore further afield. If you come by car: there are enough public parkingplaces near to the chalet. (for free). Public transport: Woubrugge can easily be reached by bus from Leiden Central Station. But also from Amsterdam / Schiphol Airport there is a good connection by train/speedbus. Woubrugge is part of several beautiful hiking and biking routes, so for hikers and bikers Woubrugge is a perfect place for a stay over night or for a longer period. - Smoking is not allowed in the chalet! There are games and on request we can prepare boxes with various toys for children aged 2-12. On the riverside quay you find a fine bakery. Apart from buying fresh bread and rolls there, you can have a coffee and pastries on the terrace overlooking the canal. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can have a delicious lunch or dinner at restaurant Disgenoten. Also this restaurant has a beautiful terrace on the waterside.

Gehele privé gastenkamer (voormalige, geheel verbouwde en gemoderniseerde garage) met eigen ingang en eige badkamer. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Heerlijk verblijven in een rustige woonwijk, aan de rand van een bosrijke omgeving en toch in de buurt van de bruisende stad Eindhoven; op slechts 15 min rijden (met eigen vervoer of taxi) van Eindhoven Airport! In de mooie Alblasserwaard een rustig gelegen, vrijstaand huisje aan het water. Perfect geschikt voor wandelen, fietsen, watersport. Kayaks en (gemotoriseerd) bootje bij ons aanwezig. In the beautiful polder Alblasserwaard (in between Rotterdam and Utrecht) in a quiet area, a single cottage by the water. Perfectly situated for hiking, cycling and for rest and relaxation. Kayaks and (motorised) boat available. Enjoy rest, freedom and rural view in our authentic, completely renovated cottage.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Near Amsterdam, you will find this unique private house surrounded by characteristic Dutch water landscape. The house is completely corona proof. The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. Monumentale boerderij Het Vinkenest in Oud-Alblas, direct gelegen aan het water "De Alblas". De molens van Kinderdijk liggen een paar kilometer verderop en zijn natuurlijk een must om naar toe te gaan. De oude stad Dordrecht is bereikbaar met de auto binnen 10 minuten, en met 20 minuten ben je in Rotterdam. Sinds kort is er ook een 8-persoons sloep te huur als aanvulling. Dit is de ideale locatie voor een geweldig familieweekend en niet geschikt voor groepen onder de 25 jaar.

Guesthouse Bethune is located in the beautiful village of Tienhoven, in the middle of the Dutch lake district. Amsterdam (30 min by car) and Utrecht (15 min) are nearby. The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses. This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Geniet van rust en ruimte op deze bijzondere groene plek op het water, aan de rand van het centrum. Van alle gemakken voorzien: airco, gratis wifi. Een Nespresso-apparaat voor heerlijke koffie. Het Vroesenpark ligt aan de overkant, Diergaarde Blijdorp op 10 minuten lopen, evenals metro Blijdorp (800m). Nabij centrum en uitvalswegen. Neem op een warme dag een verfrissende duik in het kanaal, of stap in de kano's die voor je klaar liggen.

Watergang is a small village 10 minutes from the center of Amsterdam. Watergang is easily accessible by public transport. You can enjoy cycling and canoeing here. We have a canoe and bicycles that you can use. In addition, De Hut has a garden with a pond and lots of privacy. There is also a barbeque that you can use. And of course the beautiful Amsterdam nearby.
