On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house mid May to mid September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

Surridge Cottage - Peaceful retreat

Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Fern Cottage | Secluded Exmoor Countryside Cottage

In a secluded countryside setting, this peaceful cottage sits among ancient woods and moorland. With sweeping views and the sea a short drive away, it’s a place to slow down - relax around the fire-pit beneath starlit skies, free from light pollution. Perfect for dog walkers and cyclists, there are wonderful routes straight from the door. Fern Cottage is bright, spacious and well equipped, with a conservatory and private garden, offering a comfortable home-from-home in an unspoilt landscape.

Little House, Exmoor National Park, Somerset

This non smoking cedar clad pod stands at the head of a private valley surrounded by green fields, framed by a distant tree lined sky line. Wildlife is found in abundance, foxes and badgers roam and you might be lucky and spot red stags and hinds passing through. You will definitely hear the red stags roar in the autumn rutting (mating) season. You will not hear any road noise, only bird song. The pod is a star gazer's paradise, being in a dark sky reserve, with owls and bats flitting past.

Lilstock Farmhouse

Beautiful 17th Century Farmhouse next to the coast, perfect for family or group. Wonderful quiet private location. Spacious house, newly refurbished. 500m walk to the beautiful pebble beach at Lilstock, ideal for access to the coastal path. Within easy striking distance of incredible walks on the Quantocks and a fantastic range of walks and activities on Exmoor. Private outdoor heated swimming pool (April-September) Sleeps 10, or up to 12 with two pull out beds. Pets welcome by agreement.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

New in September 2022, a lakeside log cabin in a tranquil setting in Exmoor National Park with stunning lake views and direct access to Wimbleball Lake. This is a dog-friendly location and is perfect for those that enjoy walking, water sports or simply just relaxing. There are kayaking, sailing and stand-up paddle boarding available just an 8 minute walk away along the shore of the lake. A secluded location in a designated dark sky area and ideally situated to explore Exmoor National Park.

Barn on Exmoor Farm

The Pony Stalls, near Brompton Regis is a recently converted barn on a working farm on Exmoor, within easy walking distance from Wimbleball Lake. Sleeping up to 6 guests in three rooms, it's well-suited to families. There are gardens at the front and rear [enclosed]. Both have lake views. The barn, once used to house the farms working horses, has been tastefully restored with modern comforts. Within a 40 minute drive from the M5 yet close to open moorland and stunning views of the lake.

Linnets Somerset Holiday Home

Linnets is a rather special property in the heart of rural Somerset within the pretty village of Fitzhead. Linnets is a large, three-bedroom semi-detached house with a modern Swedish hot tub that seats 6, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, set in a very pretty garden. Linnets is proud to be fully wheelchair accessible. Downstairs there is a spacious wet room with grabs rails and shower chair. The kitchen also has some low-level worktops, and the living room is fitted with a hearing loop.

Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

Middle Stolford Cottage, Brendon Hill

Middle Stolford Cottage is a characterful 16th-century luxury farmhouse set in its own sheltered valley in the Brendon Hills, Somerset, on the edge of Exmoor National Park. Sleeping up to 7 adults and 2 children (plus cot, bedding not provided), it has five bedrooms: two king-size doubles (one en-suite), two twin rooms (one with narrower beds suitable for children), and a single. There are three bathrooms in total, including a family bathroom with bath and an en-suite shower room.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.
