Loved this place and would stay here again and again! We moved into this space pretty last minute to vacate a place that was rough and Oomi could not have been more helpful and immediately responsive. She let us check in right away and the place was in perfect condition- great building, easy to check in, so convenient to where we worked, and the space was so clean, comfortable, and wonderful. Can’t recommend enough.

We have previously stayed at another one of Eddy's properties, so we already had high expectations and they were all definitely met! Everything is exactly as described and lots of amenities available. We like how stocked the kitchen and bathroom is - it's super convenient and helpful to not have to think of those details. few mentions for future stays - we came on an unseasonably cold day and had to turn the heat up (all works perfectly) and benefitted from bringing our slippers/warm socks because the floor is a bit cold. Thoughtfully, there were rubber slides available for use! Also, getting in got a little confusing in the dark - our GPS told us we arrived when we were on the opposite side of the house. So just a heads up to anyone coming in, take a look at the map before driving in the dark :D

Excellent apartment, very central location close to Yale

We attended a wedding very close by and this was the perfect spot for us! It was so cozy and comfortable. Just looking on the map I didn't expect the town to be such a pretty & cute place with such a quaint little downtown area. Although we didn’t end up eating them, the little touches like the snacks were so thoughtful. We enjoyed some meals at Railway Cafe right around she corner as well! It was truly a great stay! Thank you again!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay if you are ever visiting or traveling I would highly recommend this place everything about this stay makes you feel at home !! Host very respectful and responsive anything you need (if needed ) she’s right there to guide you and another thing is this place is very convenient around shopping centers , grocery stores, Planet fitness, etc !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Stayed 2 nights while visiting for a memorial service for my mother in nearby Sheffield. The place was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities as described. Highly recommend and would stay again.

If you are looking for a place in and around Hartford, Do Not Hesitate to book w/Joseph & Allison. The place was better than described. The place is immaculate: clean, uncluttered, and stylish. It’s large @ 900sq ft, but cozy. The surroundings are beautiful: peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature, w/an awesome walk/bike trail along side the property. Jospeh & Allison are wonderful hosts who are proactive, kind, and accommodating. We were given permission to check-in an hour early w/no hesitation. Joseph built the structure that houses the rental himself: he is truly a craftsman. Allison has done a great job w/the interior. They make a wonderful team. We enjoyed the location away from the city, but in close proximity to it & other towns. It’s very accessible. Thank you both for creating this wonderful space, and we hope to rent it again soon.

As usual, I so much enjoyed my stay. Molly was hard at work in her beautiful flower garden, which are lovely to see first thing in the morning. I'll be back, for sure.

Loved everything about this place! Felt luxurious and comfortable. Beautiful space created, I played scrabble near the fire and poked through some fun books. Perfect for a quiet weekend in or just a comfortable place to lay after running around all day. Host was very efficient and friendly. Would recommend!

This is my 3rd stay here. I sometimes come on my own to visit my daughter at Yamaha and I pay extra per night to stay at this comfy relaxing spot so I feel at home. I have private parking, easy entry, close to downtown Yale shopping and minutes from raved Whooster Villlage. Don’t be hesitate because it is on the corner of the busy street, it allows for spreading out of family and each bedroom with own bathroom/TV sitting area. The upstairs room can get warm but use the AC unit in room and it is cool in no time! This will be my home away from home for my daughter’s next 3 years at UNH. My only suggestion is the main floor bedroom does not have King size bed but the room Itself is gorgeous! Enjoy and highly recommend this spot!

Best Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in! My stay was amazing! I, along with my kids felt right at home. We did NOT want to leave and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Check-in/out instructions were very simple & detailed. The place looks exactly the way it does in the pictures. I wish I could buy this unit lol! We loved the skylights and central air features as well! The plants were beautiful! The only thing I’d suggest is more wash cloths as we had only one and there were 3 of us. The iron may need to be replaced as it got extremely hot and burned a hole through my son’s dress pants! Lastly, if you have ambulatory issues, this unit is on the third floor so just an FYI! All in all, I loved the place and will definitely be back! SN: Shelley was very attentive, responsive, and engaging! Great host! I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Marge was an amazing host who went to effort to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. For example, in advance of our arrival she asked what type of bread and juice we preferred and if we wanted milk or cream for our coffee. She providd fresh eggs and even sent a dozen to our daughter who lives down the street. The apartment was welcoming, clean and cozy. The kitchen and pantry were well-supplied to meet our needs. We will definitely stay at Marge's next time we visit our daughter.

Renee’s place was a nice and cozy getaway from the city, and surprisingly fit 5 people + 2 cats very comfortably! She was also very quick to respond to any questions I had, we had a great time!

This bunkhouse was very accommodating in a great spot. Very easy to get to and is right behind Lime Rock Park Racetrack if that's your thing. It sleeps 5 and the room/house is comfy and well decorated with racing memorabilia. For those sleeping on the top bunk and are bigger than typical guys, it was a little tight but we were there to just sleep and enjoy the fire pit, so didn't really matter to us. It was great seeing the kitchen stocked with snacks, breakfast bars, Hostess snacks...it definitely felt like "home." The cats are very friendly and hung out with us so that was nice. We would definitely stay again when in the area of Salisbury. Thanks Terry for your quick responses to our questions and inquiries!!

It was great. Everything was the complete opposite of what I expected

Jim was an amazing Air BnB host. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. He was always responsive prior and during our trip. Located right off I-95, it’s easily accessible . 20 minutes from Mohegun Sun. The space is pristine. We were welcomed with a custom magnet on the refrigerator. Kitchen had plenty of quality utensils to make meals. In addition there were fresh local coffee beans (with grinder), plenty of choices for tea (with electric kettle) and several sugar/sugar substitutes available. The bathroom shower was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In addition there were a few toiletries available in the medicine cabinet in case you forgot to pack something. We didn’t use the jacuzzi however, the sauna was amazing. Jim even had robes to utilize and disposable slippers to walk around the space. If you are looking to stay in this area I highly recommend booking here. Clean, quiet and accessible to trails and casinos.
