What a wonderful place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A really tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway, close to the beach and a wonderful stroll along the beach to Puerto Pollença. We had a fantastic time and loved the small touches like the plants, welcome food and drink, personal messages and privacy. Being able to buy organic goods from the cupboards in the kitchen and sustainable ethos were spot on. Thank you!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Nähe zu Ort und Strand ist bestechend, aber auch die Wohnung selbst hat uns gut gefallen. Die Bilder geben einen sehr passenden Eindruck! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit zu erreichen und auch der Check-In lief ganz unkompliziert übers Handy. Einen Punkt Abzug für teils schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank und löchrige Bettwäsche - kein Drama, aber das muss beides nicht sein. Kurz vor Ostern waren einige Baustellen in direkter Nähe, aber das kommt vor.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, verfügt über einen sonnigen Balkon und eine tolle Dachterrasse. man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause, läuft nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Der Ort war jetzt in der Nebensaison für uns angenehm ruhig, ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker hatte geöffnet, einige Restaurants auch. wir haben uns aber auch gerne in der kleinen Küche selbst versorgt. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen, kleine Städtchen angucken, Strände erkunden oder einfach die Natur genießen. Angesichts der sehr negativen Erfahrungen bei unserem Mietwagenverleih würde ich beim nächsten Mal die Empfehlung des Wohnungsanbieters nehmen! Ich war mit meiner Tochter unterwegs und wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen.

We have a lovely stay at Maria’s place and she is such a fantastic host! Very responsive and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated. The place itself is very nice, it was a great location for our family and you will be comfortable with or without a car. Thank you for your hospitality Maria!

Marina was an amazing host. I arrived a day later than expected and she left the sweetest gift for me upon arrival. The location is incredible - a 4 minute walk from the most beautiful beach I’ve ever been too. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Mycket välfungerande våning med allt som behövs. Fantastisk balkong och rymliga rum, liksom sovrum med bra sängar. Huset omges av en vacker trädgård som dock är lite ovårdad och med en del skräp här och var som gammalt byggmaterial, möbler mm. Poolen mycket ren och fin. Våningen ligger ett par hundra meter från det område där väldigt många besökare rör sig. Detta gör boendet väldigt privat och avskilt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Mabel. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und liegt perfekt in einer ruhigen und privaten Wohngegend. Die Ausstattung ist gut, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ein grosses Plus ist die Waschmaschine. Eine Spülmaschine gibt es nicht, was uns nicht gestört hat. Der Balkon ist ist toll. Die Badebuchten vor Ort sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Badeschuhe aufgrund der Steine dringend erforderlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto unkompliziert erreichbar. Auto ist dringend erforderlich, Parkplätze problemlos vorhanden. Mabel ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die immer für Ihre Gäste erreichbar ist. Danke liebe Mabel für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gabriel. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Tout le nécessaire (et bien plus) est là et en bon état. L'endroit est calme et a proximité de départ de randonnées. Le port de Soller est très agréable. Gabriel est un hôte très réactif et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement. Patrice

l hébergement hors des sentiers battus est très calme, reposant. Le jardin et la piscine en font un petit paradis! Ralph est très accueillant est très a l ecoute des demandes. Ce fut parfait. Merci

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Schöne Wohnung und die Lage und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer traumhaft! Kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft hat eine ruhige und idyllische Lage nahe der Promenade. Es gibt gute Restaurants in direkter Umgebung und kostenlos parken kann man auch. Von der Tasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und dort es lässt es sich super frühstücken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jedem empfehlen!

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

L’appartement est impeccable et conforme à l’annonce. L’immeuble est calme, facile d’accès et bien sécurisé. Luis est super hôte, réactif et plein de bon conseil. Je recommande sans hésité !

José is an absolute Gent, super helpful, always responsive. The apartment is well laid out. Everything you need is there and well documented. Very good powerful shower, comfortable bed, good coffee machine, a nice terrace for relaxing. The bar next door can be noisy but the soundproofing in the bedroom is good, when shutters and door are closed. There are many great restaurants, bars and ice cream places within 10-15 mins walk. There are 2 nice beaches around 8 mins walk from the apartment. The pool in the apartment complex is also also nice. 5 stars, highly recommend José's place.

L appartement de David est très bien situé et très spacieux. L appartement dispose des équipements nécessaires et même plus ! Je recommande vivement se logement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et paisible. L'emplacement est plutôt bien pour visiter l'île. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine même fraîche (normal pour une fin avril). Merci à Christobald pour son accueil.

Gemma’s apartment is lovely and has everything you would need for 4 people. Pool is lovely and very clean and quiet when we were there. Only thing i would suggest is to give a fuller address as our transfer company and some local taxi firms had trouble finding it. Apart from that everything was great and would highly recommend.

Wir waren mit unserem Baby einen Monat im Appartement von Esteban. Die Lage ist super ruhig, direkt neben einem Supermarkt und in der Nähe von zwei Stränden. Wir haben einen Hochstuhl und ein Baby-Reisebett bekommen. Alles war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Nach 2 Wochen wurde uns angeboten die Bettwäsche und Handtücher auszutauschen. Esteban war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mängel (z.b. kaputter Sonnenschirm) wurden schnell behoben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Appartement nochmal buchen.

Ik heb met mijn gezin 8 nachten mogen verblijven in het Appartement van Pedro. De locatie is geweldig, dicht bij het strand en de zee, maar dichtbij de restaurants en er zit een supermarkt op circa 200 meter. Het appartement heeft 2 prettige balkons, 1 aan de voorzijde, gedurende de dag met schaduw en 1 aan de achterzijde waar de gehele dag de zon op staat. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Maar het meest fantastische aan het appartement was Pedro, Pedro is een geweldige host die er alles aan doet om zijn gasten te laten genieten van het mooie Mallorca.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen, gepflegte Anlage. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Von dort aus hatten wir einen guten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Das Gesamtpaket war stimmig und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Gerne wieder 🤩

Francisco is a great host. Always available and provided useful recommendations. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and is located in a nice neighborhood/apartmentcomplex with many pools and enough parking spaces. The area is great for beaches and day trips. I would recommend staying at the apartment.
