L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla di Rosignano Marittimo, piccolo paese collinare poco distante dalla Costa degli Etruschi e dal mare (circa 5 Km). È raggiungibile molto facilmente grazie alle principali arterie stradali come l'Autostrada Tirrenica e la Variante Aurelia, grazie alle quali potrai visitare anche molto agevolmente le principali Città d'Arte della Toscana, i tipici Borghi o potrai molto semplicemente godere del mare e ritornare a sera sentendoti come a casa tua.

Die Fattoria mit ca. 150 qm Wohnfläche wurde um 1800 erbaut und dient seitdem der Familie als Sommer- und Landresidenz. An der Vorderseite liegt ein klassischer Garten. Der 6 x 20 Meter grosse Pool wird auch von anderen 2 Gästefamilien genutzt, bietet jedoch durch die grosszügige Anlage genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.
