Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge w/private beach & 66' of Wabasis Lake shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with separate bunkhouse. It comes with a 22' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock w/attached bench, plus a swim platform w/ladder from May through October (weather permitting). The property is spread over 2 large lots that offer expansive views of Lake Wabasis and a sandy beach. Plus a backyard completely surrounded by woods with a vernal pond that provides extreme privacy and access to nature.

Cedar Springs Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 Bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer/dryer on site. Living room has fold out couch for sleeping 2 extra for a total of 6 people. There is an office area between the kitchen and the dining area that can be used if you need to get some work done while at the location. I have a ring doorbell camera monitoring the front door for safety.

Reminiscent of a European boutique hotel.
