Restaurants, a cinema, and a shopping center in town are a short drive away. See the animals at the Charles Paddock Zoo, then go for a hike at Stadium Park. We are a bit off the beaten path so you will need to get around by car or Uber or Lyft. We have plenty of parking space available. My 9 year old Golden Retriever, Theo and his pal, my orange cat named Mango, will probably greet you upon arrival. They both love attention but are not allowed inside the guest house in case anyone has allergies. They look forward to meeting you! :)

Gorgeous, comfortable two bedroom Suite

Our light-filled lower level suite has been fully remodeled (completed Feb 2019) and includes two bedrooms (up to 4 Queen beds), a large media room with a fold-out couch bed, and one full bathroom. Total space is approximately 1000 square feet with a private entrance. Amenities include all the perks of our media room and a kitchenette. We wash all linens included Duvet covers between guests. Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

This truly one of a kind custom in every way home was rebuilt and designed by ourselves over these past several years and now we wish to share it with you. Lounge in the backyard overlooking the Arroyo Grande creek or melt in the massage chair while watching a good movie in the loft. Our home is within walking distance to the charming AG village. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.

There are lots of nearby hiking and biking trails, as well as other exciting outdoor activities.
