Loved this location and studio! Jennifer and Jill were awesome and accommodating. The location felt very safe. There were very cute little restaurants and cafes within a 7 min walk. The beach was close-by and the Palisades were a quick jaunt away. Aside from the location and the studio, the lobby and entry area were beautiful and scenic. The inside lobby had a relaxing foundation, and the outside entrance was very peaceful and full of pretty flowers. Highly recommend!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

This is my son's and I second time enjoying this wonderful place . We loved the quiet and peacefulness of the surroundings. Everything fit our needs. We would love to make this a yearly trip. Thanks for being such a great host!

It’s a beautiful little spot, perfect for two people. The host was extremely accommodating and super sweet. Normally, I wouldn’t choose a place that has the host on property but she was very relaxed so for the 1st time I didn’t mind the house be attached to hosts main property. Definitely would stay again. Extremely pleasant experience. Thank u for everything!

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. very clean. a little difficult to find initial. the photos made it seem like a separate unit but it is an apt building. the inside was amazing and clean. the beds were firm and comfortable. overall a great place.

The backyard with the tennis/ basketball court was perfect. The kids had plenty of space to play. We really enjoyed the 4 different living spaces, provided ample amount of room and space for everyone. The smart televisions in the rooms were an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again! The nearby shopping plazas put everything at our fingertips.

I enjoyed my stay here, great area and very clean house and comfy home. Judy was very considerate to me for my situation. I would recommend anyone to staying here!

Second time staying here, and it did not disappoint once again! A very quiet neighborhood, a pristine home, and an accommodating host. Azat is very communicative and nice! Enjoyed my trip and would stay anytime.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

Amanda's place in Carp is very well located! 2 minutes walk to the beach, and maybe 10 minutes walk to restaurants! Her little condo works very well for a couple and although it is a studio, it is sleeping are is very private. The home is well equipped with everything you need and it is very well presented. Amanda was super responsive and finding it and getting in was a breeze! I highly recommend this for a couple's retreat!
