Really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and comfortable. Had two little ones and they were able to handle the walk from the Airbnb to the Promenade and the pier/beach. Would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

Staying here truly made us feel like part of the Ohana. My family and I chose this wonderful house for my Pepperdine MBA graduation weekend, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We were the first guests after the devastating fires, and Jimmy, along with the neighbors, ensured we were well taken care of. Jimmy has done an incredible job renovating the rental to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Although the area is still recovering, and getting in and out was challenging, Jimmy ensured we didn't face any issues. We spent the entire weekend on the deck, mesmerized by the ocean views and delighted by the sight of dolphins and sea lions. Unfortunately, we couldn't get to the private beach due to the occasional rusty debris washing ashore, which I didn't want my child to play with. We eagerly look forward another stay once Duke's restaurant has reopened. Mahalo to Jimmy and the wonderful neighbors for making our stay unforgettable!

Great location, super comfortable apartment, lots to do in the area. We had to book last minute, but we were so happy with everything at Cali's place in Santa Monica. Cali gave us very clear instructions to enter her place, the parking was secure, and it was a quick walk to all the fun in the area: restaurants, the beach, shops, etc. I would highly recommend Cali's place - check it out!

A wonderful place to go to especially if you’re visiting for YallWest! wonderful spot next to the library and only a 15 minute walk to the high school! great food around and awesome host!

We had a good stay at Robert’s place, which was clean, comfortable, and roomy. It’s in a condo community just across from a very walkable shopping district, and within driving and even walking distance to everything you might need — a Whole Foods, Target, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, and both fast casual and more sit-downy restaurant options. The condo community itself has ample parking and amenities like a pool and gym, as described. Robert himself was responsive, communicative, and friendly as a host, which we truly appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay. 5-star attributes: 1. Great location just a few blocks from promenade and walkable to pier. 2. Spacious apartment. 3. Comfortable living room with beautiful flat screen to connect to via Apple screen casting. We enjoyed binging shows from a very comfortable couch. 4. Super clean bathrooms and kitchen with all expected amenities. 5. Responsive host who made check in easy. 6. Safe garage parking was huge! Hotels in area charge $50/night! 7. Two clean full bathrooms. Areas for improvement: The building lets in a little noise from the neighbors when they were coming home. The bedrooms let in a lot of sunlight. Bring your eye mask and you will sleep like a baby on the comfortable beds. Loved our stay and would recommend for families.

The apartment is so lovely, amazing view! You're right across the ocean. A lot of space, gym, great kitchen, everything you need :-) communication was great! I 100% recommend and will be back

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was super cute, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean, with clear instructions for check-in and an easy checkout process. The place felt private, had great amenities, and the overall aesthetic was beautiful! I was really happy with the vibe. The only thing that caught me off guard was the gardener situation. While Charity did let me know they’d be coming sometime between 11 AM and 3 PM and mentioned they’d only stay for a couple of minutes, they ended up staying closer to 20 minutes. At one point, I thought they had finished and left, but they came back unexpectedly. I was also under the impression they’d be on the side of the house, but they came into the backyard where the outdoor bathtub and sauna is, without any entry warning. It just made things feel a little less private during that window of time. That being said, everything else about my stay was truly great, and I’d still recommend !

The house has a spacious interior, the bed was comfy, the place was really clean, and the backyard was a nice place to relax. Easy to get to and conveniently located for an event I was attending in Calabasas.

Clean space , felt like home & very private area . Host made it very easy for check in and flexible with the check out hours . I would recommend and would stay again !

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Well stocked home, never lacked for clean towels, bedding, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, etc which I've found missing from other airbnbs sometimes. The home was comfortable, and the art studio doubles as an extra private bedroom when the large sliding door between it and the kitchen is shut. Pull out beds in 2 couches make for comfortable sleeping arrangements. The best part of this house is being able to open it all up and enjoy the indoor and outdoor living spaces together in a seamless flow. Beautiful inside and out - we loved our stay here.

Everything was great and extremely clean, the host was pleasant to talk to, no problems. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable life. We also had two emotional support dogs, we warned about them and we didn't pay any extra fees. The only thing I didn't like, was the camera in the yard, I didn't feel private and comfortable when I was in the yard

It was great space- large, clean, comfortable - for our visit to Channel Islands NP. Our only slight feedback was the street parking and leaving most of our stuff in the car. We weren’t sure if we could safely do that in the neighborhood. He assured us it was fine but we hauled our stuff in just in case.

A hidden GEM! Sweetest hosts, gorgeous garden filled with hummingbirds, doves, squirrels, & butterflies. Bed was super comfortable & large, living room is so cute! So many thoughtful details, candles, lovely smelling soaps, teas, extra blankets. Affordable, central to everywhere you wanna be. Can’t wait to come back & stay again! 😍😍😍

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

Lovely apartment, as described. Having secure parking was a huge bonus. Communication with Sam was easy, instructions were clear and they were super responsive to any needs. Would stay here again!

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.

place was so nice and so clean, anything that we would’ve needed to use was also there!! clear intrusions on how to enter and such a cozy place overall :)
