Overall a really pleasant stay! We took Lime/Bird scooters all over the area easily. There were a few nights that the alley behind the bedroom was noisy and woke us up, but otherwise was nice. James was very proactive and gave extremely helpful, detailed instructions.

Such a cozy little cottage get-away. It was a great home base for our adventures around Ventura, Santa Barbara, Solveng and Ojai. Took advantage of the little outdoor deck for some morning reading. The spring flowers in the garden were lovely and a morning visit from the pups was a joy. Our stay was great and we would gladly visit again.

Patrick was a lovely host! The place was great and homey, it was a little bit tight for 4 people but Patrick was very clear about that from the beginning and it was not an issue at all. He was very accommodating with our check in and out, we would happily stay here again.

Jennifer was simply amazing! So responsive, communicative, understanding, kind, accommodating and genuine. Beautiful property which was so accurate to the photos, perfect location, easy instructions and loads of helpful information. The energy at fantastical cottage was so beautiful, it was the perfect getaway.

This was a great secluded rental within walking distance to the beach, little shops and restaurants. Kristina was very proactive in response to any needs we had.

Hote tres sympa tres bien accueilli je recommande et merci a vous pour votre maison tres chaleureuse et fonctionnelle . Le petit manque est la machine a lavee mais cetait specifie dans lannonce .

Loved our time in this cottage! Finding a fun, pet friendly place is hard especially when you’re looking for a great location…but this was wonderful. We look forward to renting on this property again as we frequent Solvang often. If you’re looking to stay here, the ease of it all and the location can’t be beat. I only have a few *tips* for people staying in the future… 1) the bed is only a full sized bed. So if you require something larger then one of the other units on the property might be a better fit. We will be renting 413A or 413B next time as we need a queen size or larger. (We’re tall and our dogs sleep with us in the bed.) 2) The bathroom sink is only a half size and very low - child height. We had to use the kitchen sink to wash our faces, which is no big deal (we like to camp so this is a non issue) but keep that in mind. The bathroom is tiny and not big enough to share. That’s it! The cutest place on Air Bnb that I have ever stayed! So much detail and thought has gone into your stay! It was the most wonderful and amazing experience. Nathalie was wonderful, kind, and an excellent host! Her entire place was gorgeous. She put so much thought and effort into the design! Also, the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling/ smelling better than ever! I can’t wait to stay there again!

Beautiful place to stay peacefully while in the city. Definitely helpful to have your own car/rental car. Absolutely loved the giant windows and view. Would stay again!

I loved this place. I have been traveling a lot to California for business and usually staying in Hotels. This place is such a better alternative to a hotel room. It's quiet, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is really nice, and it definitely seems like a safe place to take a walk. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful stay! The check-in process was seamless and the app to lock the door was incredibly convenient and easy. I was in town for work but also wanted to stay close to family. Really close walk to all the shops on York. Overall great experience and would love to stay again!

Super clean and had all the things we needed, even a washer and dryer! Very kind welcome package with snacks and coffee and water. Nice touch!

Really enjoyed my stay here - it was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were great. There is a great sense of tranquility here and it feels truly private. I stayed here for a work trip and the accommodations were perfect as I was able to work without any disruptions. The location is convenient since it’s close to a lot of good places to grocery shop and eat out. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and will certainly be back!

Absolutely loved it!! Would recommend to anyone going to Ojai. Super peaceful. Stunning views. They even had fresh eggs in the fridge. Super sweet touch!

We had a great stay at Chad and Lara’s place. Location was perfect for a wedding we were attending 10 minutes away! The space was super clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The view from the balcony is insane and it was so nice to just sit out there after a day of traveling. We’d stay again if we’re ever back in Topanga!

Very cozy updated room and bathroom. Everything was clean and had lots of small touches, snack basket, coffee, bottled water, fresh linens and extra blanket and throws. Outside there was a charming garden with lots of seating areas. For safety the front and back yards had excellent lighting. There was no bedside table but in the closet I found a folding table that worked perfectly.

We stayed for 4 nights with Jennifer while in town for some shows at the Hollywood Bowl and had an amazing stay. Jennifer and Dave are among the nicest hosts we have encountered and were helpful at every turn. The neighborhood is very walkable to nearby restaurants and is convenient to many locations in LA. The guest house was spotless and supplied with everything needed for our stay. The bed and pull out sofa were super comfy too. The shower was also unbelievable and super relaxing. We also enjoyed the back patio area to hang out and the grill to cook out at night. We would love to be back in the future next time we are visiting LA!

David’s Garden Cottage is a glorious and peaceful oasis. I felt completely at home and was surrounded by beauty and nature all around. This will definitely be a space that I come back to in the future every time I’m in Santa Barbara. Actually it is such a healing spot that I will likely make it a destination to revisit, simply to unwind and rejuvenate! David was so responsive and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience or host.

Absolutely, totally awesome accommodating and friendly host. I asked if I could come in an hour early and they were able to accommodate. They were super friendly and showed me how to use all the extra little perks in their property. Really easy to find and even had parking in the driveway for me By the fifth hour, I felt like I was in my own home Would absolutely recommend for anyone who is from out of town or even in town and just wanna have a little getaway

Stacee was kind and responsive. My fiance and I enjoyed the nice AC and sound machine in the studio. The cabinets were nice and clean, full of complimentary snacks and food, the fridge was stocked with plenty of drinking water, and there were clean dishes to use readily available. The area is pleasant, the local peacocks are the only noisy thing I found about the whole neighborhood, and even they were not too noisy at all. The views of the hills is gorgeous even just from the driveway. The drive along nearby box canyon provides wonderful sights to see along the way over to nearby Simi Valley. The residents of the main building on the property were kind and friendly. The complimentary items were a lifesaver, I cut my foot at the beach while out and was able to clean it at the airbnb and apply treatment to it with the items available in the cabinet. Checkout was easy. The entire stay was pleasant and I would be more than happy to choose to stay at Stacee's Airbnb again.
