Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the use of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and back screen porch. Please note: Hosts live in a separate part of the house and have their own entrance with no shared spaces. Super clean, all blankets and duvet covers are laundered after every guest. Take your own boat around the lake(please make early accommodations ) swim in the clear sand bottom water or enjoy the views from the large porch. Bonfire is ready for smores with plenty of chairs! Fishing is amazing ranging from walleye, to sunfish and bluegill.Winter allows for ice skating and ice fishing. This home is truly loved by all regardless of season.

Under 10 minutes to the airport, universities, shopping, hospitals, restaurants, parks etc.  You will have a two bedroom home that will sleep four, and a fifth person on one of the couches if needed. This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

This includes 1BR, 1BA, 1 LR with private access, and WiFi. Parking is included. Patio access is also included.

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
