There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

Fun vibes with the bridge walkway and the many small bohemian details. 5 min walk down a country road you’ll find your way to a peaceful lake that you’ll have access to fishing/kayaking/paddle boarding. A quiet, old farmhouse with plenty of space for outdoor activities. Perfect for hunters and fishermen visiting the area or a place to stop that is just 7 minutes from the interstate. We kept the nostalgic style of your grandparents (or parents!) with a few updates for comfort. This is a very simple country house, if you are looking for a hotel stay, this is not it. This house is old and the layout is not modern, and it is not fully updated, so please keep this in mind as you decide to book.
