Our family felt right at home as soon as we opened the door. We took our 3 dogs along for their first trip to the beach.. they loved it and the perfectly comfy/cozy, pet friendly home we returned to after each adventure!!! Sally was wonderful to deal with, even checking we had power one afternoon. I would recommend Sal's place to all and can't wait to come back 😎

Perfect home to stay in with a family. We had 4 kids aged from 2 to 9 yrs old. The house had kids toys and games which we weren't expecting and was a pleasant surprise. The kids loved playing with new things. The area is so quiet and peaceful. And it's close enough to the main strip that you can take a nice leisurely stroll into town. The hosts were very friendly and responded to messages quickly. They also gave easy to understand instructions and checked to see we had arrived safely. Would highly recommend this house.

The property is nice cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Bathroom was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall stay was pleasant. I recommend this property if you have your own car to travel.

Great communication, clear instructions. The surrounding was peaceful and very close to the beach. The rooms was surprisingly soundproof and the heating was more than adequate for cold days. The living area was super spacious.

Our family had a lovely time. The house felt very comfortable and ‘homely’ right away. Our young kids particularly enjoyed access to the grassy backyard and sandpit as well as the picture books on the bookshelf. A really convenient, safe and quiet location. The instruction booklet in the entry way also provided lots of information about the area which was helpful and thoughtful. We would highly recommend it! Thanks Claire and Rhys!

We had the perfect weekend away at Kalimna Beach House. The house was very clean, comfortable and well located. The backyard was beyond amazing! Perfect for our dogs and very well fenced. Communication with Jane and Dee was simple and timely. We regret not staying longer and will definitely stay again.

Barry’s place is exactly as pictured and has many comfy touches for a fantastic beach stay. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the house itself is very comfortable with two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with quality cooking pans and everything you’ll need to easily self cater. We stayed during a very hot weekend and the west facing bedrooms were very warm, but the living room does have ac. The backyard is fenced for a dog (supervised) and great for little people and dogs to explore. Would love to stay again.

Louisa and Jim’s pod was a joy to stay in—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all the creature comforts. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and communication was seamless. Just a short walk to the beach, and they were warm and welcoming throughout. Thank you for having me!

The house was amazing. The pool, spa and sauna was a real hit with the family. We didn’t need to leave the house. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Plenty of towels for everyone, extra blankets and pillows, well stocked pantry with all the basics. It made our stay so simple and easy.

We had an amazing stay. The cabin was cozy and cute. Ashlea was really helpful when it came to recommendations and things to do. We also thoroughly enjoyed the free yoga class that was included. We couldn’t have had a better stay. All the little things were thought through so well and it was a really good weekend.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We couldn’t fault this place. Everything about it was perfect! My family had such a wonderful and relaxing time. Plenty to do here. They’ve thought of everything! Accommodated everyone comfortably and catered to everyone’s needs. Beds were clean and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen, outdoor dining, outdoor gaming room, swimming pool, bbq area, walking track just out the back, minute’s from the beach and I could go on…. Lol. It has everything you would need for a great time away. Kim and the team were a great help whenever we needed something, they were very responsive. Responded straight away. Definitely would visit here again! ❤️

This house was incredible, words can’t describe how lovely it was. The views were amazing. It was well stocked with absolutely everything you need. We loved that it was only a 10 min walk to the Pub, cafes and beach and that our furry friend could holiday with us too. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation and would love to return.

We had a lovely week at Somers, walks on the beach, coffee at the general store. The house was lovely, and it was great to emerge from the backyard to the beach - quite some steps though. Pool was good for a quick dip and play. We enjoyed the view - sitting inside (storms) or drying off after a swim. Our doggie was welcomed with treats. Lots of lovely art and an admiral beachcombing collection makes you feel at home.

We had a fantastic time staying at this house and the kids and family loved the location and everything in and around Red Hill. It was great that we could take our trainee guide dog with us and there was a good space for the dog to sleep. We really enjoyed the house and it was super convenient and also very clearly sign posted so we could find all the amenities very quickly. Would book again!

Great place in a nice traditional part of Cowes. Perfectly maintained and well equipped, great shower, good beds and welcoming to pets. Lovely little front yard too. Highly recommended. And kahli is a great, responsive host.

We had such a wonderful time here. Super close to shops and sights. Very easy to find and very comfortable stay. Amazing communication by the hosts. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the beautiful home, I loved that there were so many seating options. The fire pit was a big hit too. walking distance to the beach. It felts serene and I wish we could have stayed longer. Henrik and Denise are both lovely and so easy to deal with. Clean house, the complimentary wine was a nice treat. Dog friendly. It was so perfect. I only wish to come back when the wisteria is in full bloom. Love this place. Thank you ❤️

Felt like staying with family, the house has everything. No detail was spared. The bath towels are soft and fluffy, the cupboards are full of games for the family to play, the Coffee machine was stocked with enough pods for our whole stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Jeremy’s and Hazel place. All of the activities we had planned were within a short drive. The house was comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The space is friendly for children with plenty of games and puzzles as well as the garden. We enjoyed having our meals on the balcony.

We had a last minute booking for a week at Simon's place. We were two grandparents with our son and his two children and our Cavoodle. The days were wonderfully occupied with the beach not far away, a beautiful native garden and a half basketball court which we used to play pickle ball! Plus a good table tennis table! Inside there were so many board games which absorbed the children's attention at night. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only detraction were the mattresses which were not comfortable. Thanks for accommodating us at the last minute as we had a very enjoyable stay in beautiful surroundings.

Unpretentious older house about a 5 min drive into Cowes. Private access to beach. Wallabies and birds came up to the back fence for a feed. Possums ate our Easter eggs in the backyard on Easter Sunday morning egg hunt! We loved Richard’s house. It has a great vibe and plenty of space for three kids, five adults and our dog. Kids loved the table tennis. It was good to be away from the crowds in the Main Street. Beautiful walks along the beach which was so accessible. Richard and crew were great to communicate with.

I had a fantastic stay at Nell's. I loved the bathtub, the bed was super comfy, and there was fruit, bread and a range of other food in the fridge and cupboard. The plants, art, furnishings and decor have been selected with care and fantastic attention to detail. I felt instantly at home, and enjoyed proximity to all the island has to offer. Nell's place had a lovely cosy vibe and came complete with a visit from the sweetest cat! I hope to make it back this way again in future and would absolutely recommend Nell's to anyone visiting Phillip Island and surrounds.
