We loved this place. I booked it for my daughters 11th birthday and eveyone loved it. Highly recommend.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at Danny's house and we love it. It was clean, well-appointed with plenty of supplies and everything worked. It has a pleasant, dog-friendly garden, with decent outdoor furniture. Location-wise, it’s in a pleasant estate 10 minutes from the bridge or 15 from the centre of town with a Spar 5 minutes away for any emergency supplies. The two double bedrooms and two twins are comfortable with plenty of storage space. The upstairs bathroom was well supplied and the outdoor loo and lockable bike shed were fine in daylight hours. Loads of information provided on local hikes and trails. We'd happily recommend it to anyone.

Had a great time staying in Llangynidr - great cottage, very comfy beds, good communication. Nice, straightforward local pub 2 minutes walk away was handy too. Good park and play area for young children nearby too. Thank you Sharon!

The stay was great, there were plenty of extras that werent expected like milk in the fridge and cereals to help ourselves to. Clean, tidy, well maintained. Great offroad parking too. Would recommend.

Prachtige locatie in zuid oost brecon beacons park. Mooie boererij met de cottages. De cottage was voldoende ruim, heel compleet met alle voorzieningen. Vriendelijke hosts. We hebben, ook onze hond, een geweldige week gehad

We spent the easter weekend in Hereford and had an amazing time. The place was nicely hidden away and provided a nice and quiet experience. We were unlucky with the weather, but the main hut had plenty of room for the 5 of us to enjoy the fireplace in the evening. When the weather cleared, we got to take advantage of the outdoor seating and the fire pit. The accommodation was located next to a small grass airstrip, owned by a local flight club. Due to its inactivity, the airstrip provided no issues concerning noise, however, it did provide an amazing sight when we got to see some planes take off on the morning of our last day. Sally and her family were very responsive and made us feel very taken care of.

Woodpecker Cottage is a wonderful place to stay, comfortable, well-equipped, and full of charm. Gyles is a fantastic host; welcoming, thoughtful, and always happy to go the extra mile to ensure you feel at home. The log burner was a real treat and made our stay even more special. Thank you, Gyles!

We absolutely loved our stay at Abbey Dore. The house was spacious, brilliant kitchen and dining room area with two lovely living rooms. It had everything we needed, and we absolutely loved the swimming pool and gym. Bedrooms were lovely and beds were comfy. Emma and Daniel were so responsive to any questions we had. Beautiful surroundings, Gwatkin Red Cow was a brilliant recommendation- the roast was fab! We loved our stay and would absolutely consider coming back again.

We had a fantastic stay in the Brecon Beacons for the Easter holiday. Clare was a very welcoming host who provided easy to follow directions and a very hospitable welcome including fine cake and prosecco. The accommodation was exactly what we wanted with all the amenities described including gym and hot tub. The home is very well located for walking, it is even possible to walk to Pen y Fan directly from the house! A special thanks to her son-in-law T who was very helpful and enjoyable company!

Spacious and comfortable house for our family of 6 during a rainy February half term. The main reason to rent this place was the pool and sauna which didn’t disappoint and was great for our kids. There is a builder’s merchant right next door to the house which isn’t obvious from the photos but was not a particular problem with respect to noise etc. Lots of great walks nearby - which we will have to rediscover in the future in better weather! Thanks to Phoebe and the owners for making us feel welcome and for being available and responsive to our questions.

Lovely hidden family staycation! Lovely location with loads of parking Easy check-in 13 mins drive to Breacon! Brilliant hot tub with amazing views (Only comment would be Chlorine content was a tad high for anyone with sensitive skin) Kitchen and bathroom were clean and cosy! Kitchen is fully equipped with amenities (Sauce pots and trays were available but no frying pans which is no big deal) Lovely welsh biscuits on arrival! Definitely recommend for a lovely retreat!

Fantastic stay for secluded rest/relaxing with amazing views. Woodland walks from the doorstep great for walking the dog and the longer recommended walk over to Tintern. Kids also loved the rope swing! Many thanks

A fabulous short Easter break at Heidi’s home. We had great directions and instructions at the house. The area is great and a short drive from pubs, the beach, shops and some lovely walks. We had great weather so managed to sit outside on the patio area which is a great suntrap. Plenty of seating. Kitchen very well equipped, stair gates, high chairs and travel cots all available and were set out for us. Heidi was extremely responsive on messages. Overall, a fabulous stay!

Unbelievable gem in Newland. Immaculate in every way and no expense has been spared. You would think you’re in a 5* hotel for the price of a Travelodge! Newland is a gem of a village. The local pub is friendly, old and the food is insanely good. Couldn’t wish for a better mini break. Don’t hesitate: book immediately.

This was our second visit and like the first it was wonderful. This is such a nice, quiet location, and yet there are good facilities, such as Co-op and Fish & Chips, close by. Also, everything was wonderful and clean, made to feel welcome, and the hosts are just great. We will return again at some time.

A beautiful location to stay for my daughter's wedding celebrations.

We spent a lovely couple of days in X as a group of three. The cabin was surprisingly spacious, with two proper bedrooms, a large bathroom, and plenty of room in the kitchen and living area. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The house itself was very cosy and spotlessly clean, and Liz was incredibly quick to help whenever we had any questions. The view from the windows was simply stunning - we could have spent the whole day just watching the horses grazing and taking in the beautiful panorama. A lovely and unexpected touch was the treat from the hosts, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

The Bothy was immaculately clean, with beautiful interiors and contained everything we needed and more. It is situated in a beautiful area with rural views and walks from the door, situated not far from Hay on Wye which is a must to visit with quaint little shops and lovely river walks. We had great communication from host Maureen and then Annie who arranged check in and couldn't have been more kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our few days here and would certainly return if ever back to the area. Thank you to both Maureen and Annie for a wonderful stay.
