My wife and I had a wonderful time with my son and DIL and our granddaughter. Michelle‘s place was spotless, free of clutter, quiet, and well equipped especially for small children with a baby gate in the upper level., pack and play, highchair, and toys for the beach, books to read, etc., We had a beautiful view of the ocean with the ability to get down to the water within minutes. We were within a 10 minute drive of Moonlight Beach in Encinitas along with all the shops and restaurants. I can’t recommend it enough and we will be back.

I stayed at Kam's place with 5 other adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. Great ratio of private indoor and outdoor spaces. Everything was neat and tidy. Check in was super easy. It was nice to have a private parking spot, but also street parking was an option. The place is a 25 minute walk to lots of nice shops and the ocean. There is a Trader Joe's a hop-skip away. I would book again with a group in the future.

Jim’s place was very close to legoland (10 min drive) which made it easy to travel back and forth with a toddler. It is very family friendly and included a pack and play, books, high chair booster seat, sand toys etc. The proximity to the beach was also great! Finally, Jim even allowed us an early check in to squeeze in my toddler’s afternoon nap. I would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay! It was in the middle of the two places where we were spending our time, so the location worked well for our needs. The house was VERY clean. And Sean was ALWAYS quick to respond.

Once again, thank you so much to Laurie and Kaitlyn for being the perfect hosts. We enjoyed our stay in their home. We felt very welcome and would recommend a stay in this luxurious home at any time. This is the second time we have stayed in this amazing house and we hope to return one day. In addition to the house being perfect, the hosts show a genuine joy in having visitors. They do everything to make the stay perfect. In addition, the house is close to everything you could want to see in Hollywood – and very close to the metro and shopping. Thank you for letting us stay in your home and thank you for this perfect holyday.

We had an amazing stay with our family and dogs at this very close to the water location! While waiting for our home to be ready, it truly felt like we were already home. The neighbors are kind very pet friendly in the backyard was so peaceful every day. I highly recommend this location if you are coming for a long-term visit or a short time stay house has everything you need just like at home.

This place was exactly what we needed for our family’s first trip to San Diego! We had 7 adults and one baby and this was a perfect set up for us! The amenities and ability to walk to the beach, town, and pickle ball courts made our stay memorable. Would stay again! So safe and such a responsive host. Thank you!!! :)

Solid spot, right in the middle of everything that Newport Beach has to offer. Whether you want to go out and explore the bar scene or stay in and be cozy, this was the place to be!

A casa atendeu super bem os 3 casais, ficamos super a vontade, instalações impecáveis, um bom sistema de ar condicionado. A Júlia foi muito atenciosa, sempre respondendo rápido e com exatidão. Excelente localidade para nós que também fomos à Disney, ficou geograficamente próximo. Apenas acrescentaria uma ou duas panelas, tipo uma de pressão para nós que estávamos cozinhando fez falta. Super recomendo esta casa.

We absolutely loved our stay! Apart from being the best stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed at, Warren’s place was incredibly stylish & cozy. Every morning before heading out, we jammed out to Lauryn hill, Fleetwood Mac & other cool records they had! The beds/pillows were super comfortable, good quality towels & the place was very clean. Great location & local recs. Parking was easy to find and the area was convenient + quiet. We would gladly return (and hope to do so soon!). Hoping this place is available for the LA’28 Olympics :). Warren was very responsive & offered cleared instructions, great hosts! 10000/10

Unit is new and clean. Great location for Universal Studio Hollywood visit, only 6.1 miles away, about 10 minutes drive if there is no traffic. Just minor concern about narrow street with lot of cars parking along the street at night; however, since the unit in a gated complex, we feel lot more safe. Overall, we liked the unit and would come back again next time visting LA.

Shawn’s place was spacious, clean, and each of us had our own bed and bathroom, perfect for teens/kids who like their own space. Check in instructions were easy, Shawn was a great communicator and responsive, and I’d stay here again!

best house I've been at in a while absolutely beauty nice vibe

El lugar es limpio, ordenado, con todo lo necesario para tu estancia, buena ubicación cerca de centros comerciales y de los Parques. Troy responde rápido y tiene una muy buena disposición de ayudarte. Fue una muy buena experiencia y sin dudarlo me volvería a hospedar, lo recomiendo al 100%.

This is a great spot, it’s easy to feel at home and it’s rather cozy - from the fireplace in the living room, to the comfortable bed, to the spectacular roof deck. The hosts are generous, both in stocking the kitchen with goodies and responding to questions that arise. I have stayed at other Jackson Market properties in the past and hope to do so many times in the future.

I booked Justin's Airbnb for an employee and his family who were visiting for a business trip. Justin was a great host, always responsive and helpful. The space was wonderfully clean and just as the guests expected - we would highly recommend. Thank you, Justin!

This is my favorite place we have stayed at to date. Ecspeically with small children. The location is perfect. Safe area, park right outside, restaurants right across the street, and we absolutely loved the garage parking and gated entrance. Tip for staying here: pack in drawer dividers. I packed my kids clothes in these for efficient packing. I wish I would have packed all of our things this way because they left so much closet space, bathroom drawers, and pantry space for us. It was so refreshing to not live out of a suitcase and to have a ton of space to locate your clothes. The master is large enough to fit a pack n play. This was perfect for our youngest who still wakes so we wanted her near. My daughter loved all of the toys they left for us. You really cannot beat this place if you are traveling with small kids. It is absolutely worth the extra cost. Jacob and Martina’s response time is so fast you do not have to worry about waiting around for a simple question.

La casa es tal cual está descrita, es amplia, linda y muy cómoda. Pudimos ver películas y jugar Nintendo, descansar cómodamente y salir fácilmente a diferentes sitios, además había muchos lugares cercanos para comer o hacer las compras. Nos encantó, sin duda volveríamos a reservar.

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

Very nice townhouse! Great location if you’re going to Disneyland it’s walking distance right across the street! The townhouse is clean and comfortable, the host is very friendly and responds quickly! Would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend! 👍🏼 Thank you Anna

The house is a cozy 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, 2 full baths. It's nicely decorated; feel like home and vacationing at the same time, with clean kitchen, and floors, beds, baths. There is a nice backyard for hangout and BBQ; we have dinners outside in the backyard. The house must be recently remodeled; everything is new. My family loves this booking, and likes to book again when we're in the area. Vickie's responses were kind and quick (within a minute). We have a great vacation, thanks to the experience with this house.

Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay for our spring break vacation. We went to the beach everyday and ate out at many of the great restaurants in the area. OC is awesome and we were able to easily access all the fun spots. We will be back!
