This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. The place is perfectly located, close to amenities, public transport and great local cafes, restaurants and shops. Inside it’s perfectly styled, includes everything you’ve need for a short or long stay and has very comfortable beds.

Lovely house close to everything in Portarlington. Clean with everything you need for a few nights away. Nicole was very easy to deal with and was fine with us arriving early and leaving a bit later. Thanks for letting us stay Nicole. Great place in a great location.

The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

The place was great for our family! Neat, tidy and homely, with lots of space for us to relax. It's super close to the beach and shops, and really easy to find and check in. Highly recommend it for a getaway. We'd love to go back one day and spend more time there!

Andrew's place is lovely - very modern, clean, and has all the modcons you need. Check-in was very easy and flexible. The location is fantastic, right near tram stops and Queen Vic markets. The place is very reasonably priced for how nice it is. The apartment building has a nice gym/pool/sauna area too. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend it to other guests. Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a long-term stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the appliances to the little touches that made us feel right at home. This is a perfect example of how a business should be run on Airbnb. The location is also fantastic — close to parks, great restaurants, and a large supermarket just across the street. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!

Was a perfect spot to stay right in the heart of Southbank. Everything you need within walking distance! Lots of space for four people to relax. House was clean. Would book again when in the area.

It was a great stay, Tikali is a very responsible host and was kindly enough to allow us store our luggage during our trip to another city, really appreciate. She greeted us on the first and was always keeping in touch and responding quickly. I would definitely recommend her accommodation!

Nice little apartment in a good neighborhood in CBD. Communication was fine, as well as the apartment itself. Super clean, and everything whats necessary was there. We'd definitely book it again. Only drawback: Sometimes there was a disgusting smell (probably from the drain).

We had an amazing experience staying at Joe's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The guesthouse had a very good vibe, was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make meals. Plenty of storage places to put your luggage. Joe was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was effortless. We could tell he genuinely cares about the people staying at his place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! It was a wonderful stay. Everything was precisely perfect as expected, even though we spent less time at home and mostly used it for sleeping only due to heaps of activities. It was a great, hassle-free place with modern equipment. I definitely recommend it. Hope we visit again.

The place is amazing, has the vibes of quiet luxury while managed to make ones feel comfortable and cozy as a home, a wonderful way to see one's unique sense of aesthetics and artistic creativity are well articulated in every corner of the property. We had a very relaxing time there. An elegant serenity amidst the bustling city.
