In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. This old house has been transformed to isolate noise from one apartment to another and it's for quiet people only. The district is quiet, the street very low traffic. the bedroom is on the garden's side. I'm living in the house.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and is located on the 2nd floor which can only be reached by stairs. Within walking distance of the Kouter and all shops and restaurants.

Hola y bienvenidos a La bellétage by Agelandkaai(.be) Lamentablemente, el impuesto turístico es del 12%, impuesto por uno de nuestros gobiernos. El resto corresponde a la tasa municipal de 7 € por noche y por huésped. El aparcamiento, situado a 200 m de nuestra casa, cuesta 6 € al día. Normalmente, el precio es de 24 € al día.
