We’d definitely stay at Harry’s place again. The home was so cozy. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make a nice meal upon our arrival. Harry even provided coffee, cream, butter and basic condiments. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but super close to all the fun downtown Ellicottville shops. Off-street parking.

We had a wonderful stay at 23 Jefferson St in Ellicottville! Visiting for the wine and beer festival at Holiday Valley, we loved being within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Jessica’s place was well-maintained, and she was quick to respond when I had a question about the WiFi. The two-bedroom setup was perfect—my teenage son was comfortable and appreciated not having to sleep on a sofa bed. Overall, a great choice for a family getaway in Ellicottville!

We came to town for some local business for a few days and it was very convenient and close to St. Bonaventure and Olean. Nicely kept and friendly hosts. Water bottles were a nice touch. Bed and bath were comfortable.

I’m afraid that can’t say enough about Josh’s place in just a few words! It was everything as described and more. I was at peace the moment that I walked in the place. Anything and everything I may have needed was possible in a homey, welcoming atmosphere- right down to spices in the cupboard and condiments in the fridge. There was even a refrigerated Brita water pitcher, filled, waiting for me after my long trip! I really appreciated the extra bedding since was there to recuperate after a minor, outpatient surgery. So, I really didn’t take in the local eateries or sights, although I know very well that they are in abundance within walking distance or a short drive. I would stay as a guest of Josh again with no hesitation. I’m certain that all of his places must be just as good, but I may be a bit partial to the cute, little Plumber’s Loft 2.0. Thank you Josh and Tracy! :)

We loved our first stay at Zak's place so much we decided to stay there again on our weekend getaway to EVL. My husband and I visit EVL 3-4 times per year - but only stay the entire weekend once a year. EVL is a little over an hour from where we live and is the perfect little town for us. The Airbnb is very clean, perfectly decorated, and within walking distance to literally everything! I love the little 'extras' they give you - the owners also own Nature's Remedy downstairs from the Airbnb. We had a little trouble with the internet and when I reached out about the issues, I received a SUPER fast response and within 15 minutes had the internet issue resolved. The hosts are very kind and friendly. We will definitely be back again!

Bethany's was exactly as listed. if anything it was even nicer than the pictures made it look. It had anything you would need for cooking, a well stocked and spacious bathroom and an overall very cozy feel. i would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again in the future

Great location for accessing St. Bonaventure campus. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. You do hear some street noise in the space, but bedrooms are toward the back, so this did not disrupt sleep at all.

This apartment made our stay in Ellicottville so relaxing and easy. Beautiful, clean space and super convenient to restaurants and shops. We will seek out this apartment for our next stay in Ellicottville!

Our stay was perfect! The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We loved being in walking distance to the shops and restaurants and also so close to HV! We also loved the high ceiling and great light in the living room. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a perfect place to stay in the area. We were very happy with the communications prior to my trip to the place. They were very quick to respond and helpful. The rooms are big enough and had plenty of room. Everything was very clean and organized. I will be using them again since we have family up this way.

Had an amazing experience staying at Michelle’s place! Every room was very clean, nicely decorated, and felt like home away from home. The backyard was definitely a favorite of mine!

Cozy, clean, and perfect for a week or weekend ski trip. Our family of 5 had a nice stay at this rental. Ski in/ ski out to Holiday Valley Ski Resort. Would highly recommend it!

We stayed for three nights at Greg’s place to try skiing for the first time with our 3 kids. The place was just how it was described, and had a “cabin/ski feel” which was fun. There was a bunk bed and double bed in one room and another bed in the other room, which worked well for our family of 5. Location was great, we walked everywhere. It was about a 5 minute drive to holiday valley and Holimont, which was very convenient. Greg was very responsive and we felt like any questions or issues were addressed immediately. Would stay again!
