L'appartement est fonctionnel et confortable, bien placé pour découvrir le lac de Côme. La place de parking était la bienvenue. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Such a lovely place in a remarkable location! Nesso is a beautiful little town with lots to explore by foot - the little supermarket has everything you need, you can hike, and you can see the lake panorama directly from the terrace. Our off-season stay in March meant that the town was basically empty, so we truly got to enjoy some peace and calm. The house is cozy and has some beautiful vintage details (the tiles!). The bathroom is spacious and clean, the kitchen has all the basics, and the hosts kindly provided some snacks and pasta supplies, which was a lovely surprise. One thing to note: there is only street leading out of town from the apartment, and it is exactly 2,20m narrow - so keep that in mind if you're thinking of renting a car :) We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

Dominic and his father are kind, respectful and considerate. We exchanged ideas on where to hike and what to wear even though we are busy. I’m thankful to have the time to stay in the Aeblis’ house. It has everything you need: dishwasher, washer, hot shower and numerous heaters, for the WC to the bedroom. For me I sleep cool, so the heater in the toilet is enough for warmth on most days; sometimes I use my headlights just because I want to “set the mood”. The bed, pillow and blankets are very comfortable. The living room is always toasty due to the floor heating. Windows are modern and you can’t hear the highway noise when shut. If you have lived in a modern hutte like Kesch, then that's what you can expect + stable internet from router. It is also much less “touristy” or crowded on the way there than Valais, i very much appreciate that. Hope to have the chance to swing by again and accomplish routine hikes!

Situated in a great location with an absolutely stunning view we loved the few days we spent here. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. The bathroom was nice and shower had surprisingly good water pressure. Appreciated the water and breakfast that were available to us. No wine opener. Enjoyed our nights on the porch

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung in Tremezzo am Comer See verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig und dennoch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars sowie den Fähranlegern und dem traumhaften botanischen Garten der Villa Carlotta – alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vermittelt sofort ein Gefühl von Wohlbehagen. Besonders genossen haben wir den kleinen, separaten Garten, der Privatsphäre bietet und einen herrlichen Blick auf den See freigibt – ideal zum Entspannen. Ein Hinweis für Anreisende mit dem Auto: Die zur Wohnung gehörende Garage ist ein großer Pluspunkt, allerdings führt der Weg dorthin über eine extrem schmale und steile Gasse. Hier ist Fahrgeschick gefragt, nichts für schwache Nerven. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die einen entspannten Aufenthalt in einer der schönsten Regionen Italiens suchen!

Die Lage ist unglaublich. Ein toller Panoramablick, wunderschöne Wandermöglichkeiten für jeden Geschmack. Die Gastgeber waren superfreundlich und entspannt. Morgens stand ein Korb mit Kaffee, warmer Milch, selbstgemachtem Köse und Marmelade schon vor der Tür. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und einfach wenn auch das Innere kleiner als auf den Fotos ist. Kühlschrank, WLAN, Fön, Ofen und Gartenmöbel - alles vorhanden. Die Fotos werden der fantastischen Umgebung nicht gerecht. Wir kommen gerne wieder und sind ein bisschen verliebt. Danke an Giorgio

Io e la mia compagna siamo state nella splendida casa malenca 2 di Katia per 4 giorni e l'abbiamo adorata! perfetta per una coppia, ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa! La vicinanza alle piste da sci è ottimale come anche al paese e al centro. Vicino ci sono piccoli alimentari e ristoranti eccellenti, la posizione è perfetta! Ultimo, ma non meno importante, Katia è stata un host eccezionale sempre disponibile e gentile nel rispondere alle nostre domande e necessitá! Tornemo sicuramente, a presto! Camilla e Annabella

Der Aufenthalt in Ca' Leonardi bei Marica war wundervoll! Man hat sich wie in einem Luxushotel gefühlt, alles war sehr sauber und die Wohnung äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Spa war ein Highlight, die E-bikes waren klasse um eine angenehme Fahrradfahrt um den Ledrosee zu machen. Den morgendlichen Korb mit Brötchen haben wir sehr genossen, genauso wie den Willkommens-Sekt und den Limoncello. Auch von der Kaffeemaschine haben wir sehr profitiert, sie hat sehr leckeren Kaffee gemacht. Marica war immer gut erreichbar, der Check-in durch eine Mitarbeiterin war sehr angenehm für uns weil wir nur wenig Italienisch verstehen und die nette Frau ein wenig Deutsch sprach. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed it. It started with Massimo picking us up from the train station and driving us to the flat. The place was very clean and spacious. Especially for the price, this is an incredible deal. You can easily get on the ferry to go to the neighboring towns but it is about an hour 20 to get to the main city of bellagio, just to keep that in mind. That didn’t bother us at all though. They left us basic breakfast items like eggs, toast, ham, milk and apple juice. We really enjoyed that. Lake como is beautiful and this is a great spot if you want to relax and live a slow life. Not to mention the view of the lake and mountains from the flat was Amazing. Overall this was an amazing stay and massimo and Marta were more than great hosts.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le lieu est fantastique avec des vues incroyables ! Nous avons fait des randonnées totalement atypiques avec des passages dans de petits villages peu accessibles, la pizzeria est excellente et le petit bar du centre avec la vue en terrasse est juste trop sympa :) Alessandra et sa famille sont vraiment extrêmement gentils et toujours disponibles pour donner des conseils ☺️ Le village est magnifique, ça vaut le coup de se balader, on ne rencontre que des gens accueillants 😌

veramente nulla ma nulla da dire, persone fantastiche e casa impeccabile, pulitissima e spaziosa. Mi serviva questo alloggio perchè venendo da lontano ma avendo un intervento qui a tione, dovevo prendere una casa per due notti per mia mamma soprattutto. Andrea è stato così gentile da accompagnarmi la mattina alle 6:45 in ospedale con la macchina e durante i miei 4 giorni in ospedale, sua moglie è venuta a farmi visita ogni giorni aiutandomi e offrendosi disponibile al 100% per me. Non mi aspettavo di trovare persone con un cuore così grande, saranno sempre nel mio cuore. Un bacio ad entrambi, vi voglio bene ❤️

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Flims mit super Ausstattung und guter Anbindung. Wenn 6 Personen dort übernachten ist das 4er Zimmer sehr voll aber auf jeden Fall machbar für ein paar Nächte. Wir haben unser Wochenende dort sehr genossen.

Anbefales på det højeste!!! Vi ELSKEDE at tilbringe tid i den dejlige hytte som Serena og Amedeo har. De var rigtig imødekommende og trods en lille sprogbarriere, havde vi nogle gode snakke sammen. Stedet var utroligt lækkert og med den skønneste morgenmad! Vi fik en dejlig rundtur i deres skønne have, hvor de inspirerende fortalte om deres biodynamiske landbrug. Perfekt sted at slappe af, men med god mulighed for smukke vandreruter.

Che dire.... relax, tranquillità, pace e una calda accoglienza fanno di questo posto il luogo perfetto per staccare la spina dal caos quotidiano. Location splendida in cima alla valle con fantastica vista, camere nuove e pulite con grande doccia e calore del legno che ti avvolge. Colazione con prodotti freschi e di qualità (la maggior parte prodotti da loro come marmellate, burro di malga e delle fantastiche torte fatte in casa). Super disponibilità di Debora per ogni richiesta e dei suoi splendidi genitori con cui fare due chiacchiere ogni mattina sulla vita di montagna e avere preziosi consigli. Tutto fantastico non vedo l'ora di tornare!!

One of the best B&B’s I’ve ever stayed at! The room is very beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. The garden is amazing, with views of the lake, the mountains, olive trees, and the family’s pet goats and chickens, cats and sweet dog made my stay extra special! But the best part about it all were the hosts: Barbara and Nicola are outstanding people and I absolutely adored them! I hope to return soon♥️

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man hat eine tolle Umgebung. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und man hatte alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Unser Highlight war das Frühstück, welches jeden Morgen abwechslungsreich gestaltet wurde, sowie das Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant der Gastgeber. Es ist eine absolute Empfehlung!

From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth and kindness not only of Laura, but of the entire community. We accidentally got off the bus a few stops too early and found ourselves a little lost. What could have been a stressful moment quickly turned into a heartwarming experience — locals went out of their way to help us, and one even drove us directly to Laura’s home! Overall it was a wonderful stay with Laura in Onno. Her home, the beautiful village, and kindness made our time there truly unforgettable. Even though we’re in Milan now, we keep talking about how much we miss the peacefulness, the lake, and Laura’s hospitality. She made us feel so welcome and gave us such great advice about the area — it really made our trip extra special. We would absolutely love to come back and stay with her again in the future. It already feels like a second home to us. Laura’s breakfast was also unforgettable and the best breakfast we've had in Italy so far.

Wow. This place was amazing. Felt like a local staying here. The b and b is filled with tons of original artwork and antiques. Perched next to the waterfall where you can listen to it all day and night. Breakfast was thoughtful hand made treats every single morning. Other reviewers mention how there’s no restaurants or cafes near by in the village. Not true. There’s around 4 cafes and 5 restaurants. It’s not a tourist village. It’s wayyyy better. We fell in love with this town and this air b and b was truly amazing in every single way. Do not miss out. Thank you Davide and Ettore!

Das Appartement ist absolut einwandfrei und alles für zwei Gäste vorhanden. Auch das Bad ist wie neu und man bemerkt die Liebe zum Detail. Zum Wandern eignet sich die Gegend und die Jahreszeit sehr gut. Für die Selbstversorgung ist ein Lidl in der Nähe. Ich komme gern wieder 🙂
