We had a wonderful trip with a perfect place to stay! The apartment was very cute, clean, comfy and had everything we could possibly need. Carmen went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent even leaving us an anniversary card and gift which was so thoughtful! We will book with her again next time we are in Dayton!

This apartment was just as described, and perfect for my needs. I visit OH a couple of times a year and from now on this little gem will be my first choice! It’s clean, cozy, and centrally located.

Great place especially for the price. It’s close to a lot but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Christina is a great host! Very responsive and helpful, I enjoyed her hosting so much that I’m staying in another one of her units haha. I Highly recommend.

This accommodation is managed by CrewHousing. I have nothing but praise for them, they are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure everything is in perfect order for the customer. The accommodation was beautiful and fully equipped. Everything in the ad was true!

EZ's communication/response time was great! I would stay again and highly recommend it. The only MINOR downside to the accommodation is that it is quite close to train tracks and could be a bit noisy at night.

Great hidden gem of Seven Mile! You wake up to the smell of fresh brewed coffee in your own oasis. Everything is absolutely spotless, but also very cozy. I recommend this Airbnb to anywho is planning on staying in Seven Mile! Great host and great space!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay while I was here for my clinical enrichment for grad school. We traveled all the way from VA and just felt right at home. Everything was very clean and organized, and the shower is so spacious and relaxing after a long day. Overall, the place is beautifully decorated, down to the subtle details in the wall tile. I really appreciate Megan's communication with us about checking in early and just making us feel welcome. Absolutely wonderful stay...we will definitely be back for our next OH trip!

Working with Laura was a breeze! Easy to book, detailed clear instructions which made check-in and check-out process seamless. She was communicative at every stage of the process. Place has all the described amenities and has a lot to do in the area. Great stay for an overnight or for longer stay.

Cozy home that smelled absolutely amazing! Better than a hotel accommodation by far and cheaper! Only thing I had an issue with was the WiFi signal, if you’re working from home and need upload speed it wasn’t the greatest! Even with that issue I’d still highly recommend!

The studio was comfortable and very clean! Mike is a great host, and provided suggestions of things to do in the area. If you are a light sleeper definitely bring a white noise machine or box fan, there is a train track and very busy fire station next door. There are foam earplugs for your use though. Overall I would recommend this studio and would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and a nice place with thoughtful touches. Kaysee was a great host and we were happy to be able to walk a mile downtown to several restaurants.

Book it already!! Super quaint and fairly secluded just what we were looking for. Suite was super clean and the property grounds were beautiful. We even got the last look of the tulips out back.. I’m sure in full bloom they are amazing. Location was easy to find and close to anything you may need. Definitely will look at booking again

The apartment was as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient - there are shops, cafes nearby, as well as easy access to public transportation. I especially liked the view from the window!!!

Sam was great. I got to the apartment and didn't realize when you walk in you are in the common area. The bedrooms are through the doors to the left and to the right. Kinda had me confused. Texted Sam and she was right on it. I'd say within 2 to 3 minutes. Never seen anything like this before. It's not a bad thing... it was unique. Everyone was great. You can't beat this place for the price. It has amenities that the hotels don't even have for 3 to 5 times the cost. I highly recommend staying here and if I come back to Dayton I will definitely try to get one of these room.

Our stay at the Aviator Suite was great. What drew us to this rental was that there were two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, as we were traveling with our son and daughter in law, and most importantly, the rate is affordable. The rental was clean, and Joshua clearly put a lot of effort into the furnishings and decor. The beds were comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure! We will be checking to see if this rental is available on future visits to the area.

The patriot suite was great for my family of 4 . With two small children we felt right at home. The kids played baseball in the backyard. The area is quiet and the neighborhood is nice. TVs in every room . The shower was amazing. The beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The washer and dryer worked great. And the dishwasher was a plus. Everything was easy to find . Josh is an amazing host with excellent communication skills . Our stay Exceeded our expectations. We have already booked another one of his units and he’s has a great selection of them . We know we’re in good hands booking with Josh !

Loved this place. It was very comfortable and located in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Bed and pillows super comfy! Loved all the natural woodwork. Would certainly stay again

One of my favorite Airbnb stays! Clean, open and comfy space. Check in was very easy and convenient and the place was in a great location within walking distance to everything in town. I would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed in YellowSprings for a few days and wanted to stay somewhere close and walkable to the downtown and college. This was a lovely choice! Robert was responsive and flexible. I had originally booked my stay as a solo occupant and he had no problem quickly adjusting when I had requested to bring along a friend. The loft was quietly situated right outside of town and walkable to the entire downtown (less than 5 min). Check in instructions were clear and non complicated and the loft was exactly why we needed (perfect size, clean, all amenities we needed). We would definitely stay here again!
