Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Das Dorfzentrum mit Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Pustertaler Radweg.

The apartment is suitable for couples or guests up to max. 3 persons. You can store your ski or other things in the cellar.

The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.

The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).
