The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of a new and award winning building and every detail has been considered for a complete stay. Close to several parks, swimming pool/gym/tennis complex, and Queens Parade shopping strip. The neighbourhood is 4 km from the Melbourne CBD, and 100 meters from 86 tram to city and train station, and bus line along Hoddle Street. All this provides easy access to city, MCG, Rugby Stadium, Tennis Centre, Theatres and NGV. We are empty nesters with a kelpie dog, Peppy.

The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.
