This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

Una settimana da sogno in Umbria, a Casa di Totto! Situata in zona tranquilla, a 10 minuti da Spoleto (ma con ristoranti e vari alimentari nella zona), la casa è molto più bella di quanto non si veda in foto. Zona giorno spaziosa, comoda, cucina separata e attrezzata di tutto. Zona notte al piano superiore con due bagni, di cui uno in camera. Spazio esterno ampio e comodo, abbiamo cenato quasi tutte le sere sotto il bel portico! Posizione comodissima per visitare l'Umbria (Bevagna, Montefalco, Foligno e tanti bellissimi borghi). Last but not least: l'attenzione che Andrea riserva all'ospite. Ci ha accolti di persona, facendo trovare tutto il necessario per una colazione abbondante (brioches, latte, yogurt, acqua, caffè, tè, marmellate...). La comunicazione è stata eccellente, pronto per qualsiasi evenienza, senza mai essere invadente, riservandoci anche una buonissima colazione la mattina della partenza! È stata dura tornare, a casa di Totto siamo stati benissimo! Consigliatissima!

We had a 3 night's stay at Angela's place. We felt like home as soon as we arrived. It really is in a perfekt spot, out of the bedroom window a beautifull view but also very close to the city center. The hosts provied some welcome gifts and also some food for your first night there wich is very convenient. To get too the AirBnb can be quiet tricky but in my opinion it is not. Angela gave us clear instructions where to go and how to find and answerd quickly on our messages. We had a wonderfull stay there and would definitly recommend you Angela as an host for you stay in Perugia.

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole; l'alloggio è molto semplice ma attrezzato con tutti i comfort e, una chicca, Roberta prepara per i suoi ospiti torte fatte in casa e tutto l'occorrente per colazioni abbondanti e per tutti i gusti, una cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto! La casetta è in mezzo al verde, in un posto molto tranquillo ma a 5 minuti in auto da Spoleto, cittadina splendida. Consigliamo l'alloggio di Roberta anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e la gentilezza e disponibilità di Roberta.

Eda is a terrific hostess. The house ( she lives on the bottom floor and the floor above is for the guests) is very cool. As you can see from the photos the decoration is eccentric. Don’t be afraid, it all works and gives a very comfortable and welcoming environment. The garden directly outside the front door is magnificent and just the right size to make a perfect oasis. If there is something you require that is not there eda will make it appear. Just ask. The garden at the lower level is outside Eda’s living quarters. It is less private but she is happy to have guests use it as well. Location is just right for visiting the area.

Assisi is, in my opinion, the most beautiful place on earth - and this Airbnb is certainly the absolute best to experience that beauty! This was my third time visiting Assisi, for 19 whole days in this ocassion, and this Airbnb and its strategic location made it so that those 19 days were nothing short of perfect. It is on the topmost section of the city, a couple of blocks from the parking lot and bus stops of Piazza Matteotti (so worry not about long walks with your luggage from and to the train station), and within short and easy distance from all the important landmarks in the city - including Rocca Maggiore which I visited every morning to take in the view. If your going alone or as a couple, stop right here and rent this Airbnb NOW!! Perfect size and perfect furnishing, I never had a single issue with none of the appliances. Finally I of course have to give a huge huge thanks to Deborah and Pasquale for their great kindness and generosity and attention.

Vanaf de aankomst tot vertrek hebben we ons prima vermaakt. Giuliana stond altijd voor ons klaar. De afstand naar de mooie stad was voor ons beloopbaar. Ongeveer 20 minuten .Leuke musea en restaurants. Bedankt voor een fijn verblijf. Rob.

Felicita was very warm and welcoming. She advised us on where to park our car for free, and even when we mistakenly went into a pay-for-parking place, she encouraged us to go later to the free parking area, which was actually closer than our paid parking spot. Our GPS was terrible for locating her place so we got lost when walking to it, but she instantly responded and met us personally in the piazza to take us to her door. She has all kinds of amenities and snacks, even a washer/dryer, what a plus! And the studio apartment is very cozy, perfect for one person or a couple, and very quiet despite being right in the center of town. Felicita provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Also, the tourist information office is very close by with many free brochures and maps. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

La casa di Silvia è stata la nostra base per una settimana, scelta azzeccata perché la posizione si è rivelata strategica e ci ha permesso di raggiungere moltissime località in poco tempo. Silvia e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e discreti e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli. L’appartamento è disposto bene ed è ben curato, la cucina ha tutto quel che serve per poter cucinare, il bagno è una piccola chicca arredata con gusto e la camera è spaziosa e fresca. Infine la casa ha a disposizione un giardino privato con una vista meravigliosa che ci ha dato modo di godere delle belle giornate. Torneremo in Umbria e torneremo da Silvia! Grazie di tutto!

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

The house is amazing: it has a beautiful panoramic view above a part of historical center of Perugia, two balconies, three levels and three bathrooms. It's located in a historical building, yet is very confortable and clean. It is close to the Museum of Contemporary Art and the historical center of Perugia. We reached the adress very easy using the minimetro of Perugia. Mauro was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We certainly recomand it for any visit in Perugia!

Siamo stati accolti splendidamente da Maura, e salutati con professionalità a distanza da Filippo che non era in sede. Appartamento nuovo in perfette condizioni, pulito e ordinato. Maura è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni necessità. Ci siamo trovati benissimo per la seconda volta. Avevamo già soggiornato in Aprile di quest'anno. Torneremo ancora.

Stefania è una host meravigliosa. Ci ha coccolato con dolci ottimi e una calorosa accoglienza, facendoci sentire a casa. Il soggiorno in questo splendido B&By immerso nelle campagne umbrie è stato decisamente rigenerante.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the countryside for peace and quiet to stay with Marco and Karen

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina’s palazzo, beautiful host and beautiful historical house. We had assistance from Valentina’s husband to park our car in the front of the house and with the luggage. Very hospitable hosts, it was a pleasure talking with them, and Valentina prepared a beautiful breakfast table and shared many stories with us. It felt like being with family. Tobi the dog was adorable. We highly recommend their B&B. Thank you for your hospitality.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la colazione abbondante con prodotti dell'agriturismo. Posizione molto tranquilla in mezzo alla campagna. Ci siamo fermati 5 notti e ci e servita come base per visitare la valle umbra. Ottima soluzione per la nostra famiglia composta da 3 adulti, avevamo una camera con 2 ambienti comuncanti e 2 bagni.

Purtroppo non ho potuto godermi il soggiorno con Maja. Non vedevo l'ora di visitare la locanda e la cena che ha preparato con dedizione. Ma per mancanza di attenzione, non sono riuscito ad arrivarci, perché ho preso la strada molto tardi. Tuttavia, Maja è stata super attenta e comprensiva con me.
