With all the same features as Falcon, Merlin stacks up as a sound option if Falcon is already in flight. Needless to say, the views are spectacular.

Located in the middle of Laurie Lee’s setting for his book Cider with Rosie, this is a rustic camp tucked away at the very top of a 12-acre smallholding with picturesque views across this lovely Cotswolds valley. Everything you need for a peaceful stay right on the south east edge of the Forest of Dean. Cut into the hillside, the yurt has an extremely comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa double bed, with clean wood flooring and upcycled furniture. A wood burner provides heat on chilly nights. You have sole use of a modern rustic shower room and flushing loo, kitchenette with all of the essentials, outdoor eating shelter, and campfire area. We love it here, and we hope you will too.
