Sandy's place is in a charming older neighborhood within walking distance to beach , restaurants and sights. The information Sandy provides is helpful. There was a light glitch getting into the apartment, but that was resolved quickly. The apartment we stayed in is on the smaller size, but is updated and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed the rooftop garden, watching the birdlife on the waterway out the back door, and the outdoors flower gardens at the house and in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out! Our stay at James’ place couldn’t have been better. He was super communicative and the location was phenomenal, just steps from the beach and so many fun things to do in SB. Would love to come back!

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

We were fortunate to chance upon the Magnolia Cottage when we were looking for a place in the Lompoc area to spend a weekend with our greyhound. Harvey's listing stood out as being the right place for us. Harvey's property is very well located, and it also has a unique charm of a Victorian house with an English style garden! Right from the first interaction which was very prompt, Harvey made sure we had all the information we needed to have. To add to that, Harvey was a gracious host and gave us a tour of the Victorian parts of the property and the gardens. During our stay he alerted us that there was a missile launch scheduled from the nearby Vandenberg SFB and thanks to Harvey, we got to witness the launch as a bonus! For anyone visiting the Lompoc area and looking for a charming place to stay, we recommend Harvey's!

We had a fantastic stay at Jonathan’s place, we’re a couple with a young child. A great location and a lovely space, incredibly comfortable with high-end appliances and fittings. Lots of attention to detail, literally everything we could have needed was available. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this spacious apartment. Perfect location just a couple blocks from the water and restaurants. This is an older but charming place, and we understood that before renting. Comfortable bed and sleeper sofa for our son. Would stay again.

Beautiful view with decks on 2 levels. there was also a private sunny back yard to relax in. we really appreciated the early check in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights in this lovely home!! The pictures do not do justice to how lovely the different gardens are which surround the side and back yards or what care has been given to a simple, but lovely design inside. Two couples were more than comfortable and we all enjoyed the fire table and the hot tub which worked great. Hilary was very helpful and responsive - we highly recommend and look forward to returning!

My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Extremely happy with our stay. The location was exactly what we were looking for, it was easy to walk to the beach and areas we wanted to. A quick drive to markets and restaurants, and not far from other beaches we wanted to visit. The hot tub was perfect after the long walks and days. The beds were soft and plush. Full kitchen and laundry so we came home with no dirty laundry to do. So nice. We will stay again. Thank you for everything. We appreciated it so much.

This house had everything we needed! It was great to be able to walk to state street where there were endless restaurants and shopping. Inside was cozy and comfortable and parking in the back was easy to access. Blake was also very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.
