Enjoy walking in the city to visit the many shops, boutiques, restaurants, breweries, wine tasting, art galleries, museum, or farmers market. Experience the waterfront and famous musical fountain from the waterfront stadium. Take the 25-minute walk on the waterfront boardwalk to put your toes in sand and water at the Lake Michigan beach and take in a sunset. Enjoy Pure Michigan.

Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage was completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting). Swan Cottage is also very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Spring Lake Studio

The Spring Lake Studio rental is a cozy welcoming space designed to provide comfort and convenience to your Lakeshore stay! A “studio” is an apartment consisting of a single large room serving as bedroom, living room, and kitchenette with a private bathroom and entrance. Great for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Trundle beds make it easy to sleep up to 4 guests. Easy access to the highway, bike trail, and all city ammenities. Grand Haven beach is less than 4 miles away.
