Right from the beginning Giovanni was both friendly and accommodating. He did our check-in in person which I really appreciate, and spent time making sure we understood how everything in the apartment worked. He also provided us with a great list of local restaurants and his recommendations. The apartment itself was in a superb location, only minutes walk from everything we wanted to see and do in Bari. It was bright, open and airy, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well provisioned and well furnished. The pictures show the apartment exactly how it is in reality. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose and would highly recommend it. My wife and I came to Bari with our children and our grand daughter and have only positive things to say about our stay in Giovanni's apartment.

Nous avons passé 2 superbes nuits dans ce logement. l’emplacement est idéal, dans la rue principale mais un peu plus loin que la zone des restaurants donc très calme ! La maison est juste magnifique et ses terrasses agréables. Rien ne manque pour un séjour inoubliable! Sans oublier le super accueil de Mr Bartolo!! Si un jour nous avons la chance de revenir à Polignano nul doute que nous reviendrons à Civetthouse 😃

Great area, quiet neighbourhood steps from the sea and walking distance to supermarkets and public transport. The apartment had everything as described and Vito was very helpful.

Gabriella’s apartment was perfect for our stay in Monopoli. The apartment is well furnished and is within walking distance of the historic centre. Gabriella was very helpful during our stay and provided welcome recommendations for eating places and local places of interest. Would definitely stay again.

Situé en plein cœur de la ville, nous avons pu tout visiter à pied. Vincenzo était disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter! Petit bémol : difficultés pour trouver une place de stationnement dans le quartier.

This was such a luxury. This cave house was just as described. It was the best shower, the best sleep, the best comfort I have had in my long tour of Italy. Daniella, the host, was so responsive and accomodating, making sure we had everything we needed. I'd recommend this space to anyone I know. If we are fortunate enough to visit this magical city again, this is the home I would choose.

Beautiful, modern decorated apartment is tastefully decorated yet retains it's historical past. One of the best places we have stayed on this trip to Italy. Felt like home. The apartment is located in the historical part of the city and only a minute walk to the main attractions. Free parking is conveniently available only a couple of blocks from the apartment.

An incredible experience not in a house but a home with a friendly host that instantly makes you feel safe being always there looking over things and being always there. Not only a home but a good place to live in: beautiful, highly aesthetic, blending in the overall architecture, with absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay: a/c, hot water, fully equipped kitchen, fully practical bathroom, super terrace to have breakfast or dinner. The sea is near and the town is simply a fairytale. The host made everything even more magic. Thank you. A holiday to keep to the heart.

Chegamos de trem e fomos a pé até a casa, uma caminhada plana e tranquila de 10min. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Tiziana na Casa di Nonna e me surpreendi positivamente com a calma e silencio do local. A casa fica muito próxima ao centro histórico da cidade e aos principais reataurantes, o que rendeu otimas caminhadas e passeios. Acho que este foi o airbnb mais aconchegante que fiquei na Italia até o momento, e para quem quer vizitar a Puglia é perfeito, pois está proximo às principais cidades da região com a vantagem de ser uma cidade pequena e charmosa. Destaque para a cama super aconchegante, otimo banheiro (muito bem equipado), cozinha muito bem equipada e decoração muito bonita!

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

Lovely clean apartment very close to the Centro. Comfortable and well equipped. Very kind host who gave us her parking space and a parking pass and even went with us to drive the car there. Great location! Momopoli was a very nice town !

Ich kann gar nicht in Worte fassen, wie zufrieden wir mit der Unterkunft waren. Wir waren bereits bei Ankunft positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung sieht in live noch schöner aus. Wir wurden mit einer leckeren Flasche Rotwein auf dem Tisch empfangen. Zudem ist die Lage der Wohnung top und wir haben uns wir Einheimische gefühlt 😅 uns gefiel es super! Nach wenigen Metern beginnen die Restaurants und Cafés und wiederum wenige Meter hat man Blick auf den Hafen. Mimma war durchgehend super erreichbar und reagierte schnell. Sie gab hilfreiche Tipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 🥰

Paulo's place looks more like a hotel. All amenities are new and clean. Very quiet rural area, but there is a very nice salumeria nearby that you can get everything you need from there to start or finish your day. Also Paolos grandparents are very lovely and kind with us. We got invited for a last day breakfast with them that meant a lot for all of us. I would definitely stay there again in future.

Trulli and Dimore's flat was just as described in the listing, it was fresh and clean and so beautifully decorated. The balcony was spacious and had a lovely view of the sea. We were within walking distance from the beach and lots of lovely places to eat and drink. If we had any questions they were answered very quickly and they had lots of great recommendations to give us, taxi's were also arranged for us to and from the airport which was really helpful! All in all we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the beautiful old town of Monopoli!

Vše proběhlo v pořádku, ubytování odpovídá popisu. Vybavení bytu nadstandartní. Umístění v samotném centru. Naprosto skvěla komunikace hostitelky, poskytla nám spoustu tipů co navštívit. Parkování je složitější, ale vždy jsme parkovali maximálně ve vedlejším bloku. Byli jsme moc spokojeni, pokud se do Bari ještě někdy podíváme, určitě se ubytujeme u Matilde. GRAZIE

He spent time orienting us with the area and provided a generous selection of local delicacies. An unobtrusive host with a meticulously appointed property. Bhí am iontach againn in Monopoli. Baile álainn is ea é. Bhí an t-árasán glan agus bhí gach rud in ord. Ní raibh aon fhadhb againn teacht ar na hóstaigh má bhí ceist againn. Bhí an áit suaimhneach agus príobháideach, agus í lonnaithe i lár an tsean-bhaile. Go raibh míle maith agaibh!

Io e mia moglie abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questi nuovi appartamenti e possiamo dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero eccellente. Gli spazi sono moderni e molto curati, con una cucina perfettamente attrezzata che offre tutto il necessario per cucinare come a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la disponibilità di lavatrice e asciugatrice, che erano liberamente utilizzabili. L'appartamento era estremamente pulito e ben tenuto, un aspetto che ci ha colpito positivamente fin da subito. La terrazza e il giardino anteriore sono davvero incantevoli, decorati con cura e gusto, un posto ideale per rilassarsi. Ci sono diverse opzioni per il parcheggio, il che è stato molto comodo, e la posizione è super centrale. A pochi passi ci sono ristoranti, farmacie e supermercati, rendendo tutto facilmente accessibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marta ed Enzo, che sono stati incredibilmente amichevoli e disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente!

Hi have stayed in a large number ofAirbnb’s and Clyde is one of the best hosts I have ever had. His response time was very quick. He was so helpful and gave us great recommendations. The 3 day itinerary that was left for us was the best I’ve ever had. There was so much useful information on the card he left us. A lot of hosts could learn from him and how he manages his property. The apartment was very modern stylish and very well equipped. He has an attention to details that is rare. I honestly can’t recommend him and his apartment high enough. Plus we really missed Alexa when we left. If you don’t understand what I mean by this you will just have to book a stay at his apartment to find out. Thank you Clyde you are a superstar. Super schönes Apartment in Molfetta. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten immer kostenfrei Parken (mit etwa Glück findet man einen freien Parkplatz) Die Klimaanlage kann zum heizen genutzt werden, also auch im Februar zu empfehlen. Molfetta ist überschaubar, aber es gibt einige gute Restaurants in laufnähe. Waschmaschine und Trockner ist ebenfalls vorhanden, falls man waschen möchte. Claudia hat außerdem Fahrräder, die wir kostenfrei hätten nutzen können.
