You can also enjoy our basketball court, fitness center, and of course free parking! Our 2 bedroom has a full kitchen with all dishes & cookware, a master bedroom with a queen bed, and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa, outdoor patio, and washer and dryer in our suite!

Enjoy a relaxing retreat at this cozy duplex near downtown Heber Springs. This is the back unit of the Rector House. It is a one bedroom, one bath unit. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and in the living room we have a couch that folds down to the bed and a floor twin mattress if you need it! You have separate parking, entrance, and enough room to bring your boat! We are centrally located to amazing restaurants and only 5 minutes to Greers Ferry Lake and the Little Red River.
