I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

A nice and cozy stay, quietly located yet remains central. Close to the beach and cities like Alkmaar and Amsterdam. With a lovely, sunny garden where there are plenty of relax spots. The place includes the cute and easygoing cat Jet. She has her own cat door and can go in and out whenever she wants. So there's no need for a litter box. Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

It is located close to the railroad and the railway station, Amsterdam Central Station only 15min. The apartment is on the first floor.

The studio is just 20 meters from the Spaarne river. The Droste Boulevard is a car-free zone and located on the former premises of the famous Droste Chocolate Factory. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, bevindt zich op de begane grond van onze woning en heeft een eigen entree. Voor de deur is gelegenheid om gratis een auto of motor te parkeren op ons eigen terrein. Ons huis is gelegen in het mooie Kleverpark op loopafstand van het Centrum van Haarlem en het Centraal Station. Strand, duinen en bos in de nabije omgeving, ideaal voor wandel- en fietstochten. Fietsverhuur is in de buurt.
