Some notable features of this home are the large yard, handmade pergola and fire pit, and small lake with Bass and Catfish which provide the perfect setting for outdoor fun.

Cozy, private studio above our garage in Ellwood City's Ewing Park area. Studio is furnished with full bed, pull out futon, air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, & keurig + coffee pot. TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Cable. Other apps available to login. Approx 650 sq ft. Private parking and entrance. Fire pit available as well for use in the fall and summer upon request. No pets. No laundry hookup, but laundromat close by.

This modest studio apartment is great for a peaceful getaway, a last-minute stop-over, or even an extended stay for traveling professionals. Amish Paradise has an open floor concept with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Going up the stairs we have a side view looking out an arched window into the woods. However, our favorite part of this home is the view from the wrap around deck!! It has a knock out Vista over looking our property and beyond to Marti Park! Did I mention that this house was once a true Amish Home?😉
