It boasts some of the most magnificent and expensive properties in the country and lush scenery for the high-profile locals. Public transit is difficult, but available. Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Getaway to this private guest house conveniently located in Hollywood’s backyard. Located within the city of Burbank, home to the major studios. Covered with bamboo, the Green House is a private guest house. The Green House features a kitchenette, private bathroom, 50” smart TV, and a queen size memory foam mattress. Either enjoy the Green House or take a quick drive to Universal Studios and the other must see landmarks LA has to offer. EV charger available.
