Courtyard Cottage is a quintessential thatched, two bedroom homestay that has been carefully restored to provide a luxury retreat. Spacious & comfortable with open-plan lounge/ kitchen, stone floors, whitewashed walls and oak doors leading out to a sunny courtyard perfect for relaxing after a days exploration . The property is part of a 16th century former farmhouse, set in the centre of an unspoilt Somerset village, just a short walk to a gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food & drink.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips
Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Idlers Cottage, in the Somerset village of South Petherton; a hideaway with loads of charm; and feels like someone's home... perfect for a romantic break. Set in our garden alongside a thatched Grade 2 listed house. With its own small patio/garden. Perfect to catch the sun, unwind and enjoy an outdoor meal or a glass of whatever is your fancy. This Somerset hamstone cottage is a 3-minute walk to the village centre which oozes life with butchers, bakers, pub, deli, greengrocers and lots more.

The Annexe self contained guest house S. Petherton
We offer a recently built, self contained detached annexe in a quiet, rural cul de sac in the heart of south Somerset. Perfectly suited for one, the property includes kitchen, shower room + wc and bedroom with sat tv. The village of South Petherton has excellent amenities offering a host of shops together with two restaurants and a welcoming local pub. We also have good transport links (A303) to Yeovil, Taunton, Bristol etc and are only a 30 minute drive from the delightful Jurassic Coast.

The Annex - Middle Payne Barn
Located on the outskirts of Chard, the property is ideally located to explore Somerset and surrounding areas. Newly furnished and decorated to a very high standard for you to enjoy, The Annex adjoins our home and has a private front door. There is a king sized bed and a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children (in the same room). There is a kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee and toast making equipment and a multi-function microwave. There is ample off-road parking.

Located in the village of Curry Rivel, you are in walking distance of convenience stores, garage, post office, and pub - serving coffee, meals, ales and cider. The ancient town of Langport is under 2 miles away and Glastonbury, Wells and Taunton within easy reach.

Lovingly converted spacious barn in a gorgeous courtyard setting, we have kept as many of the original features as possible. Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.

The Old Barn has been completely renovated with relaxation in mind. Furnished with a mix of genuine mid-century furniture and other vintage finds, this memorable bolt hole stands in a private courtyard with independent access. We allow well-behaved dogs.

The modern newly built luxurious self contained annexe is located on the ground floor, with its own front door to the right hand side of the main house. Guests will be greeted with external seating to the front, There is private off road parking for 2 vehicles with ramped access up to the front door, we also have a Key safe to the right of the front door, code available on request for late /Early access etc.
