We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Nice apartment, perfectly clean with parking right in front. The bed was awesome, very comfortable. Amazing soft towels too. There was a washing machine in the kitchen (not mentioned in the description). Communication with Phillip was great. As a negative I'd say the kitchen could have been better equipped. The blind folders don't make the rooms completely dark.

A great apartment hotel. Wonderful facilities, clean etc. David was a delightful host. The location was beautiful and serene.

Sehr schöne, geräumige und helle Wohnung. Hunde waren erwünscht und auch die haben sich wohl gefühlt ☺️ Die Wohnung wurde vor unserem Eintritt supergut gereinigt! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben…

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ideal gelegen, wenn man Skifahren möchte. Der Skibus ist direkt an der Straße vor dem Haus. Es gibt einen Skikeller mit abschließbaren Boxen für die Ski und Skischuhe. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles Nötige vorhanden, um sich zu Versorgen. Wir waren bereits mehrfach da und kommen gerne wieder.

Great place to stay, I will book again without a doubt. Very close to the Bahnhof and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The views from the apartment are amazing and the place feels like home. Host is a nice person.

Schöne großräumige Wohnung die für uns gut gepasst hat. Ein paar eigenartige Kleinigkeiten: - Kaffee Kapseln gibts nur zum Kauf im Automat in der Tiefgarage. Schöne Kapseln mit aufwendigem Relaxed Urban Living branding, aber eine Unterscheidung zwischen den zwei Sorten is nicht möglich. Eine ist wohl koffeinfrei, da muss man sich halt auskennen oder Glück haben. Der Automat hat die 2€ geschluckt dann aber nichts heraus gegeben. Im Spar nebenan gibts die Kapseln auch. Ein paar inkludierte Kapseln würden wohl auch nicht zu viel in die Marge schneiden. - Ein paar Bilder auf den Wänden oder ein Nachtisch würde das ganze heimeliger machen. Der minimalistische Stil passt eh, aber so ist halt Handy und Brille am Boden. Kommunikation hat gut geklappt und einen zweiten Schlüssel nach dem ich gefragt habe ist prompt erschienen. Die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung war unerwartet und war ein Plus. Hat wohl nicht jede Wohnung.

Great Airbnb. I’d stay here again. It was easy to find and it was clean. The town is right in an area where it’s easy to get to a lot of nearby towns and attractions in both Switzerland and Austria.

Très bel appartement à 5 minutes des pistes de ski de fond, à 2 minutes de l’épicerie et au cœur du village de Seefeld pour profiter des restaurants et des boutiques. Tout se fait à pied. Nous pouvions communiquer facilement avec l’hôte et le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Je vous le recommande!

My family and I had an amazing stay! The place was perfect and spacious. It was located in a perfect spot, it was so peaceful and beautiful. We were able to walk to local restaurants that had great food. I highly recommend this as a stay if you are visiting the castle or just the area.

Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch und ideal gelegen, um die Region mit Kindern zu entdecken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhof / Postauto in Fussdistanz. Die Aussichtig vom Balkon und von der Küche auf das Dorf und die Berge ist wunderbar! Alessandra ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat rasch geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war super sauber, hat eine ruhige Lage mit direkter Nähe zu vielen Wandermöglichkeiten.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and in a great location—just a 10-minute walk to the Medical University, close to supermarkets, and within walking distance to the city center. The host was super responsive. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – ruhig, idyllisch und perfekt zum Abschalten. Daniela ist eine super nette Gastgeberin, herzlich und unkompliziert. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Unterkunft war tip top sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Nach einer langen Wanderung im Whirlpool zu entspannen, war das absolute Highlight. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Cosy and clean apartment perfectly located, the bus stop is just across the street and the valley run ends 50 meters away. Sauna comes with a charge of 30 CHF but pool access is included. Very helpful and communicative host.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Es macht den Eindruck, dass alles durch dacht ist und es an nichts fehlt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Wohnung ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende. Von der Unterkunft aus war man schnell in der Natur zum Wandern oder auch Rad fahren. Auch in Innsbruck, in der Stadt, ist man in 15 Minuten. Auch die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Empfehlenswert!

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Der Check in war flexibel und der Gastgeber hat super schnell auch während unserer Unterkunft auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit !
