We have stayed in this community many MANY times. I will say this.... You can't beat the location! The views and accessability to the beach, pool, parking was phenomenal! The beach toys and extra fans were great! The artwork in the unit was awesome and the owners brought a new table for the patio that was really nice! On the other hand.... this not the most updated condo, not the best equipt kitchen, and not the comfiest beds we have ever had in this community. For the extra money we would likely choose another unit next time.

Everything was perfect and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay very much!!! it was convenient that The washer and dryer were there. Definitely would stay again.

I was looking for a place for spring break with a pool and Aurrora's place was perfect! Has everything you need, is easy to locate, and is in such a great location. I would book again!

We fell in love with this quintessential La Jolla beach bungalow, and felt immediately at home. We especially appreciated family dinners in the spacious private backyard, and walking to the beach, restaurants, and playground. Chip and Elise were perfect hosts and always very responsive. We had an amazing stay and are already planning a return trip!

We had a great stay at this apartment. The kids and I especially loved the hot tub, which was a fun and relaxing way to wind down each evening. I didn’t get a chance to try the sauna, but it’s a nice extra touch. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. I also appreciated that the owners provided tea and coffee for their guests. While the apartment is technically suitable for more, I’d recommend it for no more than two people, as the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable for sleeping. The location was excellent, and we had no trouble finding parking right in front of the house. Finally, the host was very responsive and attentive. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

My family loved this place! It is walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, eateries and convenience stores. You'll get used to the airplanes flying overhead every 20 minutes (and they don't fly after about 11 pm, so that's nice). Check in, and out, was super easy. We're already planning on coming back for summer!!!!

Loved this cute cottage sanctuary steps from the beach and boardwalk! It was incredibly well-stocked for 3 adults who cooked all our meals at the house. We loved the patio for mealtimes and relaxing. The hot tub was lovely and hosts provided proactive instructions to maintain how nice and clean it was! Bathroom was clean, too. We appreciated the beach supplies available. No kids in our group, but we noticed how the Airbnb was stocked with many toys and supplies! Walkable to plenty of restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, and grocery store. Andrea was super helpful and reached out over text to ensure a smooth check-in. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great house with all the necessities for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. North coast village was convenient and centrally located for our trips to San Diego, LEGOLAND, Temecula and Zoo safari park. We loved being close to the beach and appreciated the beach gear and towels that were provided.

Great spot for 1 or 2 people. Quiet and very close to shops and restaurants of south park.

Great experience, great location. It's on a main street so it's busy with traffic, at times. Not a bad thing, but just something to point out. The front is private and gated from the traffic by a beautiful and inviting area to lounge and hang out with our pups. Lovely home with all that we needed during our stay. Great host and super responsive! Would love to stay again!

I recently visited Victor’s house for a month. The house was exactly as pictured and he was very responsive throughout my stay. I brought along three medium-large sized dogs. The yard was perfect for them. It was difficult to find a place in SD to stay with bigger dogs, let alone that has a fully-fenced yard, but it exceeded my expectations. I was also able to cook, given all of the kitchen utensils. There was even some spices, coffee, and a Brita to use. There were various kitchen gadgets available as well. Never having experienced CA before, I never gave parking a second thought. Victor’s place is great because it has a driveway, guaranteeing a spot no matter the time of day. Victor was thorough, friendly, and accommodating. If I were to visit again, I would definitely stay here!

We have stayed with Lisa multiple times in the past year. It’s like a home away from home. Very easy to get to and convenient to visiting friends and family. Very quiet neighborhood and cozy place inside.

Had the best time at Lance’s place! He was super responsive and helpful, check in was a breeze and the place looked even better than the photos! A cozy spot very close to bars, restaurants, shops and the water!

We had a wonderful stay at Stephany’s cottage. The cottage is in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store & public transport. The cottage was cosy, clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the private outdoor space as well. Stephany was very responsive any time we needed anything. Overall I would highly recommend staying at the cottage!

Our third stay at Katrina’s lovely cottage in OB, and it did not disappoint! I first stayed here in 2017. The home is very well-maintained and everything is super tidy and clean. Having a dedicated parking spot in the garage is a huge bonus for OB. My favorite spot is the private patio - perfect for soaking in the warm afternoon sun. Once again, we did not want to leave!

This was our 2nd time staying at the cottage! Debi was extremely flexible with our check in/out times which was very much appreciated! My wife fell in love with the chicken noises on the 1st visit, which resulted in getting chickens of our own.. Cali (the dog) is as sweet as ever.. The other 2 dogs were a little more "protective" of their turf. Grounds are as peaceful as ever.. Just a wonderful little getaway location, if you love nature, animals and a rural setting. Thank you for another wonderful stay! See ya next year!

Beautiful scenery / surroundings , peaceful and private.

I booked Robert's place as it was close to a wedding venue we were coming into town for. The location was perfect and close to so many great places. The house was perfect with all the amenities we needed and more. I love the personal touch of snacks and a fridge full of a variety of drinks. The bed was very comfortable and the entire place was very clean. He also had a steamer which made it nice to touch up my husband's suit and my dress. I could go on and on about what a great stay this was. I would 100% book his place again when coming back to San Diego.

This is a very sweet garden cottage. It is beautifully cared for, with lots of amenities (plenty of towels, great kitchen equipment, etc) and lovely outdoor spaces. Truly a gem. Rodney was very responsive and shared lots of useful info. We’d definitely stay again. Terrific find!

This was our second stay at Rachel’s listing. We had a wonderful time as usual! It’s in a great location and walkable to the beach and the bay! We were able to find parking whenever we needed it as well close by. Rachel was super responsive and provided us with what we needed and more! The house is extremely clean and comfy. Deanna was such an amazing host and her property was so stunning and comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience/ stay with Deanna. Not only was her communication amazing but the property was in the perfect location and comfortable in an unparalleled way I haven’t experienced before with an Airbnb stay. I will absolutely be staying here again, already planning my next visit. Thank you SO much for everything Deanna!

We could not have had a better experience. The cottage is so charming and had everything we needed. It is right near the beach and an easy walk into Carlsbad Village. Cannot wait to stay there again!
