On Strawberry Creek in Idyllwild's historic district, the Owl Pine Guest Cabin was built in 1922. It's the best of both worlds w/ plenty of nature (burbling creek, rock paths, trees, birds, mountain air, stars) + close to civilization (the property is near restaurants/shops). Native rock fireplace, hot tub, eclectic art, record collection/player, games, books, TV, Wifi, BBQ, fire pit hang deck. We have a chicken coop, happy to leave eggs at the cabin upon request. Vintage cabin recently renovated to add modern comfort while keeping its mountain charm. Dog friendly! The cabin has 2 apartments - this listing is for the upstairs unit, which has one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, a loft for a dedicated workspace and a beautiful deck. The cabin sits in a large, tree lined lot that is shared with the downstairs basement apartment. The only shared space is the backyard and laundry room (laundry available upon request).

Treetop Hideout is a classic alpine chalet perched high on the ridge overlooking Idyllwild village, surrounded by panoramic views of the San Jacinto mountains. You will be greeted with the stillness of the woods, sunrise + sunset views from two cantilevered balconies, all while wrapped in a cozy, luxurious interior.
