The villa in itself is beautiful and the location is just perfect with the quiet one expects in a place like this. For some though, the pool hygiene could be improved. Also the floor remains wet all along. We need more foot mats around the pool and into the rooms and washrooms. The mats don't do justice. Sometimes the floor was slippery. And the electricity is a huge issue there. Although the property has enough backup with inverter that even supports multiple A/Cs. The caretakers on the premise were super helpful and took good care of us. Food options are fairly limited. What we loved was the quiet and peace and the location. We'd most certainly go back. Do keep the above points before/while planning a weekend at Harman House.

The property was extremely peaceful and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helped out with everything we needed. It's accessible by road and one can easily drive down to nearby beaches and local markets.

We had booked Jai farms for a stay-cation and staying in a tree house was most fascinating for myself and my family. Jai farms is nestled in the lap of nature, with greenery all around it and views of the 'Kundalika River' right in front. We arrived at Jai farms and were greeted by the most gracious and loving host Mr. Amrute. Arriving at lunch time, Mr. Amrute made sure that lunch was ready for us and little did we know that we were in for a food festival, the lunch was just an insight of all the amazing and delicious food we were to eat during our stay. The food: I would like to take sometime in letting you know how particular Mr. Amrute is about food and how much effort and passion he puts in every dish he prepares. The food was absolutely fantastic! he has magic in his hands and everything he makes is lipsmackingly good and you will finish everything on your plate!! 10/10 would recommend! Mr. Amrute and team, you are doing a fantastic job! and we will visit again!!

Very beautiful place far from the hustle and bustle of the city. I loved the river which is at a stone's throw away. Perfect for relaxation. The food was good and the service too. The cleanliness was also good. We contacted Mr. Shubham and he responded promptly. Overall a very good experience. Planning to visit again with my family.

Staying at Patil Villa was an absolutely amazing experience! The villa itself is a perfect getaway, offering a calm and lively atmosphere that makes you feel at home instantly. Our host, Sangeeta Di, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. She guided us in exploring the area, enjoying the local cuisine, and making the most of our stay. The locals are also very supportive and welcoming, adding to the charm of the place. One of the biggest highlights was the proximity to the beach—so near and easily accessible, making it perfect for a morning walk or a peaceful sunset view. The view from the Airbnb room, overlooking the sky and garden, is breathtaking and truly a sight to behold. This place is great for outdoor activities and if you want to experience some village life. The food was made by the local ladies on site and was very tasty. It's located little in the interior but all the efforts to reach the place certainly paid off once we arrived at location. A dam nearby where you can go for a swim or just relax by the riverfront. The view from the dam and nearby waterfall is scenic. It's a quiet place with no signs of commercialisation (which is the best part). All in all a good place to spend the weekend with or without rafting but if you are looking for a luxurious stay this place is not for it because the air conditioning is natural and so is the evergreen beauty of this place.

Our group had the most fabulous stay at the La Mer Cabana for 2 days. The host, Pradnya recommended the cabana for us, it perfectly met our requirements for a peaceful stay. The porch, the swing and the hammocks just outside the cabana from where we could view the sea made for a very relaxing time. The place was actually more beautiful than in the photos. The beach and Revadanda fort are just few steps away!!! The entire property and the pool was picturesque. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and prompt at service. The food both veg and non vegetarian was fresh, customized ,homecooked and tasted heavenly. The place is atleast an hour from the Mandwa Jetty, so recommend having your own transport. Be mindful that the phone network for several service providers was weak. Would definitely recommend this stay to everyone. We were really impresses and will plan another stay soon!

Lovely place with amazing surroundings. The place has a walk-in to the beach and that part of the beach is less crowded so it gave the feel of having a private beach attached to the property. It is a place to relax and unwind with very well done decor and lots of different areas to sit near the pool or lie down on the hammock basking in the sunlight The cabana is tastefully done and a lovely place to spend time with your loved ones. The caretakers made special effort to help with any requirements and since it was a special occasion for me and my partner they even helped arrange for a candle light dinner which made the evening more special Overall we had a memorable stay !! Thanks to the entire team there !
