The S-Bahn Station "Gröbenzell" is 5 Minutes by walking away and it takes 20 minutes to go to the inner city. I try to do my best to make my guests feel home and get in touch with our local sights, beer and culture. You'll have a kingsize bed for 2 persons (180cm x 230cm), one queensize bed (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons and one more floor mattress (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons to sleep. There are bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. The balcony is perfect for relaxing.

Doppelbett, Bad mit Dusche, kleine Küche sind vorhanden. Grill und Terrasse dürfen benutzt werden. Mein Hund läuft frei auf dem Grundstück herum. Dachau ist 2 km entfernt, nach München sind es ca 15 km. Ich lebe selbst auf dem Grundstück und halte es bewusst klar und ruhig. Gelegentlich finden hier Retreats statt.
