It’s a short walk to Downtown Easton and the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, and Lafayette College is a 5 minute drive away. Using major routes, Bethlehem is about 15 miles, Allentown is about 20 miles, Philadelphia is about 70 miles, and NYC is about 75 miles. This cute little house is an excellent home base for all your adventures, or for a peaceful and quiet getaway.

Durham cottage is a charming 1200 sq. foot house located over a waterway in a beautiful, quiet and historic village. The sound of flowing water is lovely and relaxing. The cottage is a totally renovated house containing a living room, dining room, 1st floor bathroom, large fully outfitted kitchen with gas cooking, and a loft bedroom. Modern heating and A/C.
